Dump the bank! Why can't you set up processes so that your employees know all your own rules? I walk with my feet to your offices for a week to make a money transfer. Your managers made the transfer 4 times. Why are they not aware of the currency control and some other thousands of coupons inside your bank. Why should I spend hours and days so that you learn your own rules of work and finally do something? For cashing out, you want 1%, and why are you not able to press a few buttons and transfer money from one bank of Kazakhstan to another bank of Kazakhstan, immediately indicating what you need from the client and not murizhit it for 7 days? There is simply no option to talk to the operator. You select the "maps" section by pressing 2, and then a bunch of sub-items are offered - blocking, pincode reset, etc. But there is no point of tariffs/card issue or anything like that. The service is very fast, but the bank's policy is at zero. I am making a transfer to America, the bank allegedly blocks it for internal policy, and in order to withdraw money, then 1% must be given to the bank for withdrawal.
