The work of the national bank is getting worse and worse every day. Postterminals do not work in almost all branches. There are queues everywhere. The employees are sleepy and incompetent.I am so sorry.and there was such a good bank.

The service is good in this department. The staff is polite. They are not rude as in other departments of Shymkent city. There are more such positive employees.
