We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. We booked an improved room, but they put us in a small box. Pros: the location is in the very center, near the tram and ferry stop, there is an iron and ironing board in the room. Delicious vegetables for breakfast, polite English-speaking staff, not bad cleaning. Cons: the superior room turned out to be very small, most of the room was occupied by 2 beds, one double, the other smaller, although we took a room with one large bed. There is no closet in the room, only 4 hangers. There were 2 windows, one facing a dirty courtyard, and the second facing an adjacent window. The breakfasts were very meager, there were no scrambled eggs, porridge, dry bread, coffee from the coffee machine is very sour, it is not possible to drink. They forgot 50 euros on the bedside table before going out for a walk, when they returned, they were gone, the cleaner mistook them for a tip. It was obvious that she was trying to work them out: she put two things on the bed in a pile for us, put away the ironing board, brought an extra cup for toothbrushes. In her opinion, it worked. In general, we did not like the hotel, I was in other hotels of this chain, the level was much better. We definitely won't be coming back here anymore, and we'll be looking for a better hotel on our next trip. When booking an improved room, if you pay 70k for 5 nights, you want to get something better.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. I can mention some advantages, we paid about 30 thousand with a promo code, the cost is fully justified Very friendly staff who helps to solve any issue. First, we were moved into a room with a faulty air conditioning system, it was very cold, and we were immediately moved to another room. The staff does not speak Russian, but they communicated with the help of an interpreter. A variety of food was served for breakfast, there were both traditional Turkish dishes and standard ones (eggs, porridge, pasta, sausages, sweets, various flour options, soups, herbs, yoghurts). The room was clean, cleaned every day, even nicely folded pajamas every day, many thanks to the staff for such a detailed approach!All appliances are working in the room (iron, ironing board, refrigerator, safe, TV (with Russian channels) The hotel is a 10-20 minute walk from the main attractions, but a huge plus is that it is located on a small street where there are no crowds, shops, cafes- it was quiet and without fuss. The walls are not thin, as in many hotels in Istanbul, there was no increased audibility. We definitely recommend the hotel for your stay in Istanbul

The hotel is beautifully decorated inside, with paintings, murals, and photo areas. They don't check in before 14.00, no matter what kind of persuasion, although other Hampton by Hilton hotels have been checked in before. We got a nice, clean, comfortable, bright room, the Windows overlook the street, there are excellent towels in the bathroom, although they do not dry overnight, we had to ask for a replacement and it smelled strongly of sewage. As with the entire Hampton hotel chain, you need to ask for a dental, shaving, sewing kit, this is a normal practice. The breakfasts are meager and not tasty, maybe it depends on the season. The bar also works strangely until 23.00, which surprised me very much.

Very close to the Egyptian market, the Grand Bazaar and just a market where we were constantly buying something. The hotel left a good impression, clean and cozy. We tried to connect the phone (iPhone) to the TV - it did not work, although the TV screen constantly offers instructions when turned on. The air conditioner blew a little in my face, I had to modify it by hanging a curtain from a pillowcase)). The curtains of the air conditioner are not adjustable. First, we were checked into a room, with a problem in the shower, there was a blockage, the water was leaking out. But they moved to another one without any problems. The breakfasts are normal, but for three, the same type, the choice is not great, the sausages are not tasty, there is practically no meat.
