This is the 5th time we have traveled with HanaTravel and this time we were really disappointed!
We usually take the "normal" transfer, but this time we wanted to try a VIP transfer (with WiFi, TV, drinks, leather seats, nice lighting... it wasn't on the website, but I got the information when I asked).
But the minivan couldn't offer any of the additional services, instead we had to wait and discuss for 45 minutes until it was finally sorted out and we could leave!
The young lady on the hotline insisted that we pay €60, but for what?
The service we booked was simply not offered.
In the end we traveled for €50, even though a normal transfer would have cost €45.
I'm sorry, but THAT is NOT a service.
You book a private transfer so that you can get to your destination quickly and easily and your vacation actually starts at the airport.
In addition, HanaTravel charges at least €5 for every possible additional service, such as a child seat in our case - as recently as 2023, the child seat was included (as is still the case with other providers today).
Very disappointing and no longer recommended!

This company lacks full customer focus, the main thing is to get money.We always book the airport - hotel transfer in advance, so we did this time, however, when we went to the service representative's desk, we did not find the transfer and we were simply told, "wait, the driver is probably on his way." The wait was 30 minutes. Is this what we need, despite the fact that everything was ordered in advance? The driver "showed up after 30 minutes " without any explanation, as if he was on time. There were also no clarifications, apologies, etc. from the administration. What if it was a hotel-airport transfer? 30 minutes late for the plane?
There are no complaints about driving a car and about the car itself, but as for the organization, administration and management, this simply does not exist. Their task is minimized - to book a driver for a specified time (* and there are already flaws here) and for the driver to take the money. All.
The services of the provider of this transfer, compared with others on the market, are slightly lower, now it is clear for what reason. Definitely, this transfer will not be recommended to anyone, except for the recommendation not to use it.
