A brutal pub with a good atmosphere. Excellent bar menu with a good selection of beers. The cuisine is varied, with a good selection of dishes. Assorted appetizers and main dishes for every taste. There is a horse meat steak. The staff is friendly and works in self-service mode. Orders are accepted at the bar. There are a lot of guests and live music on weekends. TripAdvisor recommends it too. Pleasant musical accompaniment.

To be honest, it's hard to describe in words ... It's better to go in once :) I've been to other Harat's, and I really liked it there. In this "place" there is a very peculiar concept for a pub: for the maximum cost of beer (at the price of the Rixos lobby bar!), the minimum maintenance load in the self-catering canteen mode :))) - class guys got settled! ;) Maybe we just went in at the wrong time, of course.… But they left this place after a couple of pints "on the move" to some more decent institution. Gloomy atmosphere, hungry bartenders dreaming of a bowl of doshirak… In general, I would not go any more. No need to take on the client, dear! ;)

I love the Harats grid! It's always about the level of service, sincerity, drive and the full thrill of being in an institution, and it doesn't matter in which city of Russia or Kazakhstan you visited it)

I went to drink guinness after a walk, took it and felt that I was drinking an IPA, some kind of bitterness. Not fresh at all. I've been to England more than once and drank Guinness there, the taste is not very good in this pub.
I was the day before and ordered a Kilkenny, it also tasted unpleasant, like a beer from half a glass, I drank the freshest kilkenny in Dubai a week ago and now the taste is completely out of reach. I don't think I'm going to come here anymore.

I'm a lazy person, and when I come to an institution, I want standard service, but in this institution the trick is self-service. It didn't go well for me. Music is definitely the top in the subject. The guys are very cool performers of the Scottish repertoire. For my taste, beer with bitterness was not necessary. Beer snacks are very tasty in a stylish presentation. We visited this place yesterday. Yes, the internal entourage is normal, the law is on the pub. The usual a la Irish Style. But, a complete disaster with drinks! The usual set of global brands of Czech-German drinks present in any bar! It's generally a problem with strong ones! Guys, you need to do something about this!!! The kitchen is quite a standard beer hall. A separate problem is the staff! It was not possible to get a clear acceptance of the order from the hostesses of Ulyana! The order was mixed up, and to be honest, the service ... we did not see the receipt for drinks as a result and there were serious doubts about the correctness of the calculation ... Why there were 3 more people there remained a mystery. In short, apart from the wooden counter and furniture, we did not see anything worthwhile. And those who wrote laudatory reviews and gave the highest rating have probably never been to decent pubs… So it's a three-way ride.

There was live music at night from 27-28.05, super guys lit up with rock music from the USA from the 80s, people danced, drinks flowed like a river, it was cool! The place is quite cozy, even when there are a lot of people.
Prices: beer 2500-3000T, shot of vodka - 1500T, I don't remember the rest)
Of the minuses: there are 3-4 types of draft on Saturday. Sometimes there are types in the bar who are clearly "sleeping at the train station", a minimal hidden FC would still not hurt.

not everything I like about Harats. But the beer is fresh. And beloved Kilkenny. In this sense, everything is OK.
But if you compare it with the pubs I'm used to - the level of Harats is not the same....
It's a chain...massmarket among pubs.
I won't say anything about the kitchen. The usual, with a local bias.
For fresh Kilkenny - to Harats. But I think other varieties are also fresh.
