We are talking about a terrible store in Bobruisk. A year ago, I bought a set of glasses there as a gift - 6 pieces. As a result, it turned out to be 5, because 1 glass was not in the package) And on 10/24/2024 I decided to buy an iron. I came, chose, bought. True, I made a mistake and did not check it on the spot, the consultant did not offer it either, but here, first of all, my fault. The iron turned out to be non-working. 10/25/2024 I took it in the morning, they say, they say, we will send it to the service center, but it's still the weekend and so on. Although why a service center if you can verify that the product is non-working by simply plugging it into an outlet. In general, I will definitely not have any more business with them. The conclusion is simple: low-quality goods and incompetence. On 10/27/2024, I contacted the information center with a question about how things were going, whether I had heard anything about the iron, to which I received an answer: It's AT LEAST 14 days, so they don't even know the laws there. I wrote an application for a replacement fund, since the service center checks the iron for so long, it's very difficult to plug it into an outlet and make sure that it doesn't work. I think I will not wait for an answer to this statement.

Great store, lots of promotions monthly and almost always clean. OMA buy (their website) wants to leave the best as the leftovers do not always meet the actual availability of the product. The staff is pleasant and patient, personally I liked the consultants from the departments where electrics, power tools, and plumbing.

I ordered the goods and delivery via the Internet. We agreed on a certain day, on which I worked, but on which there was someone to unload 20 sheets of drywall. I couldn't answer the phone because I was busy at work. As a result, 4 calls from the courier from a HIDDEN number. I.e., without the opportunity to call back or even understand who is calling! As a result, I had to postpone the delivery to another day, I asked (!) the dispatcher urgently so that the courier would have an available number. And what's the use? The same hidden number. There is no gradation of work and personal. As a result, I had to unload it myself. Who is responsible for disrespecting the client and hiring such would-be couriers as V.V. Yakovenko? I am not sure that the situation will improve, and therefore I do not want to order delivery and deal with such an attitude towards the client now. And to be honest, I don't quite understand why the review is being rejected.

I am writing to express my deepest regret to this store. There was a blatant case of negligent attitude of the staff to the client. The situation is as follows: in this hardware store I purchased 3 osb plates, since the plate was large, I ordered delivery directly to the apartment. The delivery date was set, the goods were paid in full. But on the day of delivery, just nothing happened!!!! Words cannot describe how upset the whole family was. I got a call from the infocenter and was informed of the following: "My osb plates were accidentally sold to other buyers by mistake of the "promoters", and since they are not available, we will refund your money accordingly!" There are no questions about the refund, they were returned in full. But I don't understand such a negligent attitude, maybe a person has repairs in full swing and this material was very necessary. No one wants to take this fact into account! Please be attentive dear staff! And future buyers should keep in mind such situations! I am writing a review of such a plan for the first time! The work of the staff in the trading floor feels like they are sleeping in the workplace, they often meet such people, they are looking for goods in the warehouse for a long time, it feels like there is simply no merchandiser.
