A very cozy and friendly salon, the administrator tells you in great detail about the programs and treats you to tea.
It's nice to have such a service in Batumi.
And most importantly- massage. I liked Master Stepan. A young guy, but he makes a great deal with muscles :)
In the future, I would like the massage rooms to be separated by walls, but this will work out.

The young man and I wanted to get a steam massage. We were recorded, before that, they took a long time to choose the time when the masters would definitely be free, we moved our vacation plans for this, the administrator reminded us about our session during the day, we confirmed it, and on the day of recording they wrote to us "sorry, another person has been recorded in your place." How is that even possible? We were moved for the sake of some other client! We would have been happy to change the time if something went wrong, but it was our last day in Georgia, there was simply no place to move, which we talked about during the recording.
In general, customer focus is at zero.
