I always go to the Invitro, this time by chance I had to take it to Helix. It feels like I came to take tests at the clinic, and not for a fee. For all my usual questions and clarifications, they looked at me like an unreasonable child, as if I had asked 2+2, clicked and sighed. I am always polite and have done nothing to get this attitude. Unpleasant. I won't go to Helix anymore.

I really liked the attitude of the staff.
When donating blood, they clarified how I generally tolerate the procedure, whether I lose consciousness. We did everything carefully and it didn't hurt. At the end , they gave out a pastille and a coupon for a drink .
There were no queues and the results came in the mail.
