I always go to the Invitro, this time by chance I had to take it to Helix. It feels like I came to take tests at the clinic, and not for a fee. For all my usual questions and clarifications, they looked at me like an unreasonable child, as if I had asked 2+2, clicked and sighed. I am always polite and have done nothing to get this attitude. Unpleasant. I won't go to Helix anymore.

Very friendly, and most importantly, competent staff. If something is not clear, everything will be explained in detail, there is no discomfort during the tests themselves, as well as after.
