And we are also afraid of taking blood from a vein)))))and here they gave me a tasty treat and gave me coffee with chocolate . We had a nice talk. A polite receptionist, there are no queues, everything is clean.
But! They took blood from the child's finger, they did everything very carelessly. The hole is big, the whole finger is blue. My finger ached all day, and by evening it was bleeding again.
We did not come for the sake of a free puree, but to comfortably pass the analysis. We are very disappointed.

I really liked the friendly atmosphere, beautiful and clean office. The lack of queues also pleased me. I came on December 31 and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to take a blood test, because other laboratories were not working on this last day of the outgoing year 2023. I received the results by e-mail on the same day. Thanks for the good work.

We were with my husband in March 2024 at about 10 a.m.It's clean, there's no queue, the staff is friendly. The office where the blood is taken is designed in such a way that even a child will feel comfortable. An upholstered armchair, drawings on the walls and a TV broadcasting cartoons allow you to relax. As a bonus, everyone gets a free hot drink (to choose from) and a bag of baby puree (even though we have been adults for a long time). The results were ready earlier than the stated deadline and sent by e-mail. We definitely recommend it!

I donated blood here early in the morning. Clean, quiet, polite staff who know their business. No fuss, all you need is to come, you don't "worry" about anything else - they will tell you when to come in - they will call)
Another important plus, in my opinion, is that they don't take blood from a finger, all blood tests are only from a vein. It was a discovery for me 🙂
