The queue is 2-3 people.Clean, neat, even the handles are processed after each (surprised)after the analysis, they give a tasty treat. You can have a free hot drink of your choice. Unfortunately, a visit to the laboratory on 02/04/2025 in Gomel on Krestyanskaya 1a left negative impressions. If you don't have enough time, it's better to choose another one. The queue for registration, the queue for tests. If it wasn't for Promtransinvest, which has already transferred money for the tests, we would have gone to another one, it would have been faster. It turns out that you can wait an hour for an analysis in a paid medical center.

I had to contact the HElix laboratory to submit a large list of tests to my child.Faced with the inattention of the employees, I had to make an additional order because they missed one indicator.We waited 11 working days for another analysis, plus 5 days off, as a result, we waited 16 days.But that's not all, the analysis that was expected for 16 days did not come, despite the fact that the money was paid.It turned out that the analysis was blocked due to the holidays.(The analysis was passed on 12/14/2024, the result should have been on December 30, 2024).They offered to retake it again.But no thanks.I have no desire to contact this laboratory anymore.

When asked in the laboratory, it was answered that there was no such window in their point ...)It takes a minute or two for the administrator to place an online order, and sometimes you have to stand decently (( On weekdays, as a rule, there are no queues, but on weekends... Otherwise, everything is fine. If there was an opportunity, I would have put 5 s -. Still, I can say more positive things.

I have repeatedly passed tests in this place. The problem of the staff is that they are not ready for a large flow of customers on weekends. There is one receptionist and one procedural nurse and you have to wait for hours for your turn. This is very inconvenient. The slogan is also unclear - create an order online to avoid queues. There is no difference in this-stand in line and wait to call the order number. Before you go, find out the flow of customers, otherwise a long wait is guaranteed.
