Many thanks to Sinevo. The whole family was tested. We were very satisfied. The level of service is decent! Polite staff. They work quickly and smoothly. They play very carefully. The staff found an approach to young children. A pleasant bonus was coffee, gifts and of course discounts.

Hello. I was passing through, but I had to take tests on time, so I looked in... I have been on this network many times. The staff is polite and professional everywhere. I'm afraid of injections, but they're already bandaging here, and I'm still waiting for it to hurt ...:). It's also very nice that you can take a drink from the vending machine for free and after passing the tests they give out some kind of sweetness. Well done! I will definitely contact you here if necessary.

We took a blood test today for a 1-year-old child in this center. Before that, their veins could not be taken from my child anywhere, because the veins are thin and they are not visible. It was necessary to take a blood test from a vein for a fee. I arrived at 07.30. There is almost no queue, there are two people in front of me. Communication with the administrator is three-fold: he is in a hurry somewhere, he did not feel a smile or pleasant communication on the assembly line. After I went into the analysis room, the nurse put on new gloves, performed manipulations, sealed the place of the vein puncture with a bandage and plaster, told me not to unbend the elbow joint for five minutes. OK, I went out to the lobby. I feel that something is flowing, I see the bandage has become all scarlet with blood. Came back. The nurse said that I unbent my elbow, but I did not unbend it!))). I glued a new bandage and a Band-Aid. Now, two days have passed, I have a big bruise on my arm, a photo. My conclusion: not a professional attitude. They could have just apologized that this happened and the topic would have been closed, but then they decided to make me, the client, an extreme(. I didn't really like the attitude, although there is also a "free" coffee. I will contact other laboratories.

I used the services of your laboratory on 04/15/20. Cancer marker S 100 The analysis is negative. On 22.04, I did a repeat analysis at the oncological dispensary, it turned out to be positive and I urgently underwent surgery. You are criminals, you are encouraging people with false analyses, thereby stealing valuable time. I called you after the operation in early May. I told the situation and demanded a refund, I'm still waiting for an answer.
