Gone bad I've been doing tests for a very long time. No, the specified maximum deadlines are not violated, but they are sent exactly at the maximum time. The period is also not small - 5 working days, excluding the day of the fence, And if you exclude the day of the fence, then no matter how you turn it out with two days off, a total of 7 days for the detection of pneumonia infection in a child. Two identical analyses were given to 2 people: one result came after 3 days, the second after 7 days. So the long execution time cannot be explained by the overloaded laboratory. If the analysis had been performed for an adult, I would have passed it again in another laboratory long ago, but stabbing a vein again to a child is not the best idea These 7 days you have to sit helplessly waiting for the test results, not knowing whether to give the child a strong serious antibiotic .. The results came at about 17.00 on the last maximum day. But it was still lucky, they could have sent it at 22.00 (they said in tech support). And which doctor will I get to after 17.00 or 22.00 on Friday? At the same time, the support service told me that such a long time is not some kind of emergency situation, but this is a normal practice of their work (it seems that tests are not done on all days), when the results must be waited for the maximum number of days However, it should be noted that the blood was taken from the child well painlessly. The support service politely responds to something pretty quickly, but they can't speed anything up...Wait… The delivery of electronic results is also a separate issue: the result came by email, but SMS and Viber alerts came 1-2 hours later. But by sending SMS about readiness, you teach yourself not to look at mail. Updating the page of analysis results by QR code and web code does not provide updated information at all. So write about it in big letters on the same results page! That is, of the 4 duplicate notification systems for the arrival of results, only one worked on time, far from the most obvious for constant monitoring with the eyes. As a result, we will look for alternative places for testing

There are no queues, you don't have to wait, and they gave you a puree after the tests, plus they gave you a barcode for a drink from the device, given that you need to go on an empty stomach, it's just over caring. One of the disadvantages is that if you need to donate urine or feces, then you will receive them right at the reception desk, with the whole queue... It's not very ethical either for the dealer or for other people. It is good to organize a separate "window" for this, an office. The second disadvantage, if you find fault, is the coupon for a drink, which is a feature of the laboratory. Why do they give a priori at other points, but here they ask "will you drink something?". Should I give it or not? Well, we're not in a restaurant... And you're standing there thinking whether you're going to drink or not... once, one indicator from the entire analysis was very much delayed - insulin, and it was extremely low. Which has never happened before or since. In general, the laboratory is good, but minor disadvantages would be good to eliminate. In the meantime, 4 stars
