There is a very big problem with OAM in this laboratory. It was necessary to urgently test the child. There was a container in their laboratory at home, I checked the shelf life, there were still 2 years left. They successfully collected it, brought it to the laboratory, but it turned out that there is still an expiration date on the test tube, which is not visible in the closed package and the analysis was not accepted, they gave a new container instead and told to come another time. As a result, it did not work out urgently to pass the analysis, even with the use of their containers, which the laboratory Forces to buy. It was a shame that the woman in the next window was taken in an ordinary pharmacy container. If an urgent OAM is needed, it is better to choose another laboratory, since there is an eternal problem with containers

The girls at the reception do not have information about the conditions for conducting and providing information to the client and the partner clinic. The answer to any question was: "I don't know..."
I managed to visit different staff in the treatment room: one takes blood for analysis, it hurts very much, I have never met this, and the woman does not understand ordinary speech (they took a swab from the throat and tried to clarify if my throat hurts, having received a negative answer, she repeated the question twice 3 more).
To sum up: the situation is better in other Helix branches

Perhaps this is the best clinic in Minsk. At least one of the best in Minsk. They were tested urgently. Excellent service. There is a friendly smile at the entrance. They took 2 "specialists" and at the same time said we don't have special devices!! QUESTION: then why take children if you can't do your job properly!!!?

Great place, almost no queues: clear, fast, professional, well done! It's a pleasure to take tests :) I handed it in at 9 a.m., there were 3 people, but despite this, I made out everything, paid, sat down on the couch and immediately got up—my coupon number appeared on the screen. In this paragraph, there are 3 manipulation cabinets, in other words, they are procedural. A fairly spacious room, smeshariki painted on almost the entire wall, a chair like at a blood donation:soft and comfortable, with armrests, headboard, there is a foot section. I think that when it gets bad, you can recline your chair and lift your legs. The nurse is uniformed, friendly and punctual, asked if the tourniquet was tight, if it was getting bad during the procedure. They took it not with a syringe, but with a vacuum cleaner. While the analysis is being taken, you can watch smesharikov on TV :) Children will definitely be comfortable to take. The nurse voices the full name, and loudly informs that she glues a sticker with your data on the test tube and, accordingly, this is done in front of me (stickers are given at registration, where you check the authenticity of the entered data yourself) so the chance that the analysis will be confused with some other client is critically small. I was pleasantly surprised that after the delivery I was given a liquid baby fruit puree with a valve, so that when leaving you can immediately raise your glucose after bloodletting :) Well done, everything is clear and coordinated, beauty! So if finances allow, then I will come here for analyses, and not to the sovereign's office :)
