I visited this medical center for the first time and I don't want to come anymore.
There are no questions for the nurses, two very nice ladies. They are very kind and polite, they work promptly 10/10, but there are questions for the reception desk.. The two young girls were obviously very tired . They didn't ask me how I would get the transcript of the tests, and when I asked how it happened, they rudely replied, "Actually, you need to say this during registration."
Although it seems to me that the administrator should have clarified this point with me.
I came for the first time, choosing this center better than others according to reviews - apparently a wrong choice.

I liked everything, it was polite and neat. The only wish is to be more friendly and smile more often (this applies to the medical worker in the manipulation room).

Good afternoon! I donated blood for HIV for a residence permit and I was not even warned that your organization does not have the right to issue certificates for a residence permit and redirects them to state institutions
They took my blood, also offered to pay more so that the result would come faster, in the end I waited 5 days and received a blank sheet with a note that I had to retake blood from state institutions! Terrible attitude towards people! Why do you, having no right to give out results, take money from people and provide a service from which there is no benefit! Because of you, I had to hand over everything again and pay again! Have a conscience and warn people about this! Money is not as important as human attitude!
If someone goes to donate blood for a residence permit, immediately go to the epidemiological center! And you are a terrible company, learn to admit your mistakes and not to mess with people's heads!
