The staff is very pleasant, the service is excellent
The visual of the hotel is good, it is clear that the renovation was done recently and everything inside is fresh and pleasant. There is a hammam, they turn it on on request - it heats up in an hour, but with us, the stones on which they sit did not heat up in an hour, then the plumbing - we lived in a deluxe room with a separate entrance only from the Street, plus for privacy, minus for the fact that after the hammam you have to walk down the street to enter the room. The plumbing in the room was leaking from all the watering cans, and unfortunately was not regulated. What else I didn't really like was that the booking photos of the Deluxe rooms look much bigger, in fact - a very small room with a bed, a TV and a mini-bar, that's all)
The location is convenient, the metro is close, and so are the shops, but we probably won't come here again.

An amazing hotel! I always stay here with my family when we are in Tbilisi! Very convenient location, new stylish interior, very friendly staff who are always ready to meet their guests! Insanely delicious food! I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is nice, with a beautiful interior, convenient location. The staff is polite.
Shooting a star:
1) for cleaning the rooms (the bed linen was not changed for us).
2) The breakfasts are very poor. There are 2 dishes to choose from, and there are vegetables.
In general, I recommend it if you plan to walk more and only spend the night at the hotel.

Very interesting interior, great breakfasts and pleasant staff. We appreciated the terrace even in autumn) they clean it well every day. There is a minibar with adequate prices, all necessary bathroom accessories. A tiny flaw is the lack of a hook or shelf in the shower, there is nowhere to put a towel. But in general, everything is fine!

A good hotel if you stay in large 2-room rooms with a balcony. It should be noted that some rooms overlook the inner passage-the veranda - is not very comfortable. The breakfasts are frankly weak, there is nothing to eat. But the staff goes to the meeting and tries to please the guests.
