I can't make a purchase, how many times I've been in. Consultants are very obsessive about following you, but they don't put their heads on your shoulder. They really get into their personal space, they stand behind their backs. Not three or five steps away from you, but just behind your back and they don't take a step back. They do not respond to a request to move away. Well, change the customer service protocol, it's impossible to come and have a good time.
