Feel like a child - it's possible here!!! The changing rooms are simple. There is a toilet. You can drink some water. They sell funny socks for climbing. We were early in the morning, there was no one, the children jumped to their heart's content. Well, we also remembered our childhood.

The instructors are good guys, you can jump on trampolines, have fun on oblong pillows, etc. BUT! Be careful, this is not harmless child's play, as it may seem, but a harsh traumatic sport! Warm up well and don't jump if your muscles are completely tired. A friend suffered an injury to the elbow ligaments, had to go to the 6th hospital (which is just nearby)). There were other much more creepy stories, for example, about a recent open fracture as a result of non-compliance with safety regulations. There could have been more instructors so that they could keep track of everyone and help avoid injuries. It is also worth considering that exposed skin areas risk being stripped by a rigid trampoline net.
Perhaps children are light and immortal, but if you are an adult, be careful!))

There is practically no cafe there (ice cream and coffee), but the girls-consultants advised to order pizza - and allowed them to eat it. Quite a reasonable approach, thanks to them!
My (3 and 5 years old) hours on trampolines turned out to be a lot, they wanted to eat in half. In the future, you can take a couple of times for half an hour.

My daughter's birthday was celebrated for 10 years. We discussed everything two weeks in advance (animator + room for celebration). When I left the prepayment, there were adjustments to the room from the 2nd floor to the first. Bottom line: 15 minutes before arrival, they call me and say that the animator will not be able to spend the holiday ... because there is a lot of workload. IT'S PERFECTLY SIMPLE. There are 10 children. Next, I am informed that the room on the first floor is occupied and they do not see my adjustments, but we have a baby, and the stairs to the second floor are very steep! There is no mood, the children entertain themselves. Next, they tell me that the animator will still deign to conduct the program, but it would be better if he did not do it... In short, there is a lot of advertising, but there is little sense!!! They can't cope with the flow of people, priorities are not met, toilets are dirty to the point of disgust. The management has a big minus for the organization!!! I do not advise you to spend a holiday! So you can jump in for an hour... until they bombed everything and completely clogged up

1) The staff does not do a good job of tracking safety violations. At the same time, the park staff turns a blind eye to the violation of TB;
2) If there is a large children's area, all children ignore it (even the smallest ones) anyway play in an adult, which imposes certain restrictions on the rest of more or less adults. You need to be very careful all the time.
3) As for foam pits, they are soaked in sweat and exude a smell, in addition to everything, foam rubber tends to crumble, and as I understand it, it is changed very rarely, due to the presence of a huge amount of foam dust and small pieces when jumping into foam cubes. This is extremely unhygienic. And it provokes allergic reactions, it is very difficult to breathe;
4) Some employees are rude, in particular male, and sometimes behave cheekily, due to their age they are not competent in some matters;

I rubbed my knees a little bit, my companion - elbows, he went in a T-shirt!Hero park itself is located in a separate building, it is not a shopping center where you can leave the children with an instructor and go about your business. But still, on the second floor, above the trampolines, there is an opportunity to wait and sit with pizzas and juices, watch what is happening below. Lockers and locker rooms are present. Before entering, you need to put shoe covers on your shoes. They're clean, because everyone wears socks there. Two large halls with different types of trampolines, a hole with foam rubber and a rope on which you can ride, finish the second floor with all kinds of climbing walls, climbing walls, a rope town.... Before jumping, everyone is instructed and warmed up, and the rules are explained. The instructor guy is responsible for his work, goes into all the rooms and corners and checks how things are going there. We jumped with pleasure among children and teenagers. The instructor came up himself and offered to try jumping on the ass and knees, showed and told how not to get injured. Super cardio workout is out. The hour flew by unnoticed. We had a discount flyer for a 50% discount. They gave 7p per person. I recommend you to visit.
