Excellent residential complex with children's playgrounds, 4 floors of Parking, shops in the basement. There is a lot of space for hiking on a separate floor. Various educational clubs for children and a couple of kindergartens. There are good cafes (including one for children) and bars.

The construction is done with high quality, and the decoration and design of the apartments look stylish and modern. Due to the proximity to the business center, convenient transport interchange and the availability of various services, renting an apartment passes without problems
