I came to the clinic, the therapist said that I needed to do an extension… I did. For three days now, my neck and coccyx have been hurting, I can't walk for a long time, I want to lie down, my muscles are pulling, my head hurts.There were pains that did not exist!!! The doctor assured me that this is normal.
I began to figure out what kind of procedure was done to me and what was happening to me…
And that's what I found out. Read to the end!!!!
I asked my doctor about this procedure. He said that such a procedure is done ONLY with a COMPUTER!!!!! Other options do not allow for dosed spinal traction (many complications). Specifically in my case, there is no need for stretching today!!!!
I consulted with a rehabilitologist, whom I have known for several years, who has a medical degree, studied in Germany for many years, puts people all over the world on their feet, she got out of a wheelchair when doctors refused her. She said that I SHOULD NEVER DO this procedure!!!! THIS PROCEDURE HAS MANY CONTRAINDICATIONS!!!IF YOU DO IT, THEN ONLY ON HIGHLY HEATED MUSCLES!!!!(I need to get a massage, which, of course, I didn't get)!!!AND THEY JUST TORE THEM INTO COLD MUSCLES FOR ME!!!!
I consulted with my coach, who works with me every day, and after a month of classes it became much easier for me.
HE SAID THERE WAS NO WAY HE SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT!!!NOW ALL OUR CLASSES, ALL ACUPUNCTURE PROCEDURES, VTES, HAVE GONE TO THE SMARTY!!!! EVERYTHING I've been working on for the last two months!!!!! AND IT EVEN GOT WORSE !!!
After this procedure, certain precautions must be taken!!! Which, they didn't tell me anything about.

What they did is a matter of jurisdiction. Such an extension could just kill me. Now it's not clear at all what's wrong with my spine and muscles!!! It is clear that there has been a breakup. My head hurts. My neck doesn't stop hurting!!!
I was told that the results on this technique are very good. Question, has anyone done any research? Did you take pictures before and after treatment? Have you observed sick people? No. That 's why you can't say that !!!!
Don't see each other!!!! You can't do it the way they do the spinal traction procedure in this center!!!! This can lead to irreversible processes!!!!
