Not a bad hotel

Luxury hotel in Beylikduzu, Istanbul, Turkey. I really liked the hotel, clean, friendly, pleasant and helpful staff, speaks English well. The rooms are clean, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, and necessary hygiene products. I want to tell you about breakfast separately - everything is traditional, fresh and very tasty. As always, there are a lot of cheeses and pastries.. My mouth is watering again!!! I recommend it!!! The price for a room starts from 40€.

It is located close to the Tuyap Exhibition Center. The breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. The rooms and the hotel itself are spacious. There is a small pool and a gym, it is convenient to swim / work out before breakfast. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

I booked a room for two from February 26 to February 29, the reservation was free of charge.cancellation. The day before arrival, the hotel charged me the cost of one night (they had done this before, we stayed at this hotel many times), on the same day, a day before arrival, I was forced to cancel my reservation, there were several hours left before the end of the free cancellation. The next day it turned out that the trip would take place and I booked the same hotel again, we already lived on this reservation. About a week later, I wrote to the hotel asking about a refund for the first cancelled reservation. The hotel wrote to me that they would not refund the money, because you can cancel your reservation no later than 4 days before arrival, although it was written completely differently in the conditions of free cancellation and I still see in the cancellation that it is free. I called the booking.com I told them the whole situation, they saw that yes, I canceled the reservation for free, I wrote them a letter, sent them a check with the amount that the hotel charged me. Then, a few days later, I received an email from booking.com in which the hotel writes that it agrees to return my money to me. 3.5 weeks have passed since then, but there is still no money. I called the office again today. booking.com and there they told me that the hotel refused to refund the money again. In general, I do not recommend booking rooms at this hotel, because even if you cancel your reservation for free, the hotel will still charge you money.

There were no problems during the 4-night stay. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. There is an underground parking, a gym, a swimming pool, a normal breakfast. There is a place to eat nearby. The rooms have internet access, TV in Turkish and English. For those who came on a business trip, that's the thing. If the purpose of the trip is tourism, then it's a long way from the historical center...

Nice hotel, very friendly staff.
If you come for work, that's what you need:
- very quiet. No sounds from the street penetrate. Guests and staff do not make noise. There are no "drunk Russians"

- breakfast is no frills, but there is everything you need.Now, due to Covid, there is no buffet, everything is imposed by the staff. There are cheeses, greens, sausages, unsweetened pastries, omelets, eggs, live yogurt, muesli, coffee from coffee machines, tea, juices

- again, the pool is not working due to Covid. But we didn't need it either. If TV is important to anyone, there are many channels.
