You had a 24.11 - khinkali with mushrooms, beef and cheese were simply delicious, about khachapuri and kharcho the same opinion!
The service is also at a high level. The waiter does not need to wait forever, they served within 5 minutes, the table was cleaned in a timely manner, despite the fact that there was a full landing!

The establishment itself is not bad, the food is delicious, there are various promotions, the choice of dishes is large, it does not taste like Georgia, of course, but it is quite worthy for Minsk. Minus a star for the service, we had to wait a long time for our order to be accepted, although the place was half empty. Plus, they asked for sugar for coffee, and either they didn't hear us, or they ignored us, I had to ask 3 times. Otherwise, it is a very positive institution.

We were in this place on 06.11.24. We ordered a lot of food and of course we couldn't handle everything, we asked to pack it with us, as there were a large number of hinkals, lula with pickled onions, slices and untouched sauce. It's a small thing, but it's not nice that the money was paid, and when we arrived home we opened it and did not count all the hinkals. The sauce and onion were also not considered necessary to put in a container )

It was this point that turned out to be the worst.
Firstly, it turned out to be a problem to find a table for 6 people here, they offered a table designed for 4 people, as a result they sat like herrings at this table.
Secondly, from the moment the waiter (Ilya) brought the menu and came over to ask if we had chosen anything, it took 20 minutes. And then after we had already approached ourselves and asked to accept the order.
Thirdly, he accepted the order, and after that he said that the order was still waiting for 40 minutes 🫠
Is this normal? Why not tell us what the waiting time is when entering an institution or when we were placed at a table?
We love this chain of establishments, but after that there is no desire to return.

We had lunch with my son today 08/07/2024 and were completely disappointed. When they arrived, almost all the tables were empty, the order was accepted immediately, but they waited for it to be delivered - at least 30 minutes. Khinkali in no way, as if "deflated", inside the meat - that the cat cried. The chicken in the sauce is clearly overexposed, the meat is rubbery, and the sauce is watery. Khachapuri, too, whatever, toasted on top, was clearly overexposed in the oven. I do not recommend it.

It was 04/05/2024, the impressions were not pleasant. Friday evening, 3 tables were occupied, there was one waiter, waiting for the menu to be served for 10 minutes…
With all this, the order from khachapuri in Ajarian, lula puri and rolls with chicken and mushrooms (I don't remember the name) was expected for more than 30 minutes.
As for the dishes, only lula puri turned out to be delicious for this and 2 stars. The rest was probably forgotten in the oven just for the extra waiting time. Dry edges in the remaining dishes, khachapuri as an ordinary cheese tortilla for 5 rubles, judging by the reviews, this is a common story.
It's hard to say anything about the service, we approached the waiters ourselves.
If you want to taste really delicious oriental food in Expobel, it is better to go to an Uzbek cafe in the market and spend 3 times less money and time.

It was 12/18/2023, the first experience with Georgian cuisine, but I think it did not take place.
I didn't like the quality of the food much.
Potatoes with meat (I do not remember the name of the dish) - in the multivark it is much tastier, khachapuri - there was simply nothing to dip into, khinkali - there was so much cariander seasoning, my eyes hurt, they usually do this with spoiled meat ... everything is OK with the stomach, I drove home as they say!)
I do not recommend it even if you are very hungry! (
There are no questions about the service, they brought it quickly, they suggested a discount, they were polite.

Answer - tell me about what. The mail has a signature. Who wrote, e-mail address. That's it.
Why am I doing this, they kind of wrote it, they kind of answered, but they don't even understand why and on what occasion they are writing to you.

Cold sticky khinkali that is served in the hall, that is for delivery. Ordered for pickup. They gave us 10 cold khinkali after 40 minutes, and that was because they asked. They were in the bag all this time, it turns out they were cooling down, and no one gave them to us. The second time, today, we ordered Yandex delivery, we brought a lump of cold stuck khinkali. Moreover, the courier delivered quickly, but they "prepared" for an hour and a half. Disgusting service. We decided to visit this institution on 06/03/2023 at about 17:40, the restaurant was half full, maybe a little less, there were no hostesses at the entrance, the waiters passed by, stood, realized that no one was going to sit us down, went into the hall for an empty table. A couple more tables were taken up behind us. An order was almost immediately accepted at one table, and the menu was brought to the second table, which took about 5 minutes later than ours. My husband and I just sat at the table for 15 minutes, when the waiter came to take an order from the table, which came 5 minutes later than us, I couldn't help myself and told the waiter that we had come earlier and hadn't even seen the menu. To which the waiter remained silent and continued to take the order at another table. At this point, the visit to this institution has come to an end, I will not write about the spoiled mood.
In February, we forgave this institution for overexposed khachapuri in Adjarian a la cheese tortilla from Euroopt (photo attached), we did not spoil the mood for ourselves or the staff.
But this visit is definitely the last one.

We decided to visit the Khinkalnaya on the Expobel.... and regretted it. The most delicious dish is KVASS. They ordered potatoes with pork and pepper, they said that the meat was the neck part. They brought not a neck, but cartilage with bones that cannot be chewed. My wife ordered a burger, and it turned out to be spicy, although nothing is written about it on the menu, she did not eat, and the cutlet is not made of meat but of cartilage. So much vinegar has been added to the refrigerator that it is impossible to eat it. We were not offered anything to replace these dishes. The position of the staff is as follows: ordered, do not like, pay and you know where the exit is. It's a pity, you won't last long with this approach. In my opinion, the owner needs to change the cook in this place. There is no taste or quality. 15.07.2022. No longer your visitor.
