I haven't visited all the places in the chain of these restaurants, but this one has really sunk into my soul. The view, the room, here you can really spend a relaxing evening alone with your loved ones or just have a delicious meal. Plus, the location is good, you rarely see loud companies with alcohol, mostly it's quiet and peaceful here. And of course, everything here is Georgian cuisine, music, paintings, even traditional hats hanging on hangers, such details create a gorgeous atmosphere. And Somo's design solution is great, something besides beige and loft....I'm crying. I definitely advise you to come in for a change).

Khinkalnaya is an institution that promises to immerse you in the atmosphere of traditional Georgian hospitality, and in general it copes with this task. The interior is designed in a classic style, using wooden elements and warm shades, which creates a sense of comfort and homely atmosphere. However, in some places, the design seems a little outdated and needs to be updated to meet modern design standards.
The menu impresses with a variety of traditional Georgian dishes, among which khinkali is, of course, central. These meat dumplings with thin dough and juicy filling are the hallmark of the establishment. The taste of most dishes is excellent, although there are cases when the dough turns out to be a little harsh and the filling is too salty. The chef should pay more attention to quality control.
The service in the khinkalnaya is at a good level. The staff is polite and tries to please every guest, but the speed of serving dishes sometimes leaves much to be desired, especially during rush hours. This may cause some frustration for visitors who expect a quick service.
The prices in the establishment correspond to the average level, although some items may seem too high, especially if you take into account the modest portions. We recently visited this Khinkalnya. We ordered assorted khinkali (with beef, mushrooms and cheese) and khachapuri in Adjarian style. The khinkali was just great! The dough is thin, the filling is juicy and fragrant. I also really liked khachapuri, lots of cheese. The service is fast and courteous. The atmosphere is cozy, pleasant Georgian music is playing. The prices are quite reasonable. Overall a pleasant place!

The menu is extensive, there are dishes for every taste. Including vegetarian options. A small wine list (Georgia and Italy). The service is fast, the dishes are served fairly quickly, the waiters are polite. Cons: they brought different glasses for wine (it is considered bad form); they gave the dishes, but they did not give plates and utensils, they brought them later; they did not offer sauces to the dishes, there were no recommendations.

Negligence- after accepting the order, the waiter duplicated it and accepted it, however, when the dishes were served, it turned out that there were no some items that had been ordered, at the same time, the unordered items were replaced (without agreement with the customer), to the question "what about it, guys? we did not order this.." the answer was received, "you don't have to take it, and you don't have to pay. Just waiting for the dishes you ordered will be another 40 minutes," and then I'm shocked. I will never come to this institution again!

The food is quite good, I liked it, except for two things (hair in the food), I found hair in two different dishes, I hope it was just me, I didn't discuss it with the guests, I didn't want to spoil the evening. The waiters are all young, as if there are not even enough of them for the whole room or they are not very experienced, they get tired quickly and are not very attentive to the guests. The curly-haired boy tried to do something else, the girl was just completely unpleasant, as if she had been forced to come there to work. At the end of the evening, they brought the bill without a discount, I reminded them, they brought it with a discount, but as if I hadn't noticed.... I didn't remember the first total score. Well, that's fine, I thought... and there was no congratulations either. The overall impression is not very pleasant. The service here is to be adjusted and adjusted.

I advise the owner to work with the staff and the quality of the products.

I went to lunch, there are not enough people to serve, there is no friendliness - they do not ask for feedback about the dishes, they do not smile, they do not say goodbye..
And most importantly, the food was not pleasantly surprised, they said khinkali with herbs and spices, but in reality they are very neutral, 3 out of five.
I'm not going anymore..
