These guys are marvelous. Dumplings are best ones I ever had in my life and with their 1500 to 1700 half off deal they are very affordable. Can't recommend enough!

A clean and tidy entrance with a menu, there is no hostess.
The waitress, very nice and friendly, met me, sat me down at a table, offered me a menu and immediately ran away.
The bathroom is clean, smells good, all hygiene supplies are there, one minus there is no hot water…
Ordering dishes- although the waiter is cute, she still needs to be taught) she did not offer anything that needs to be sold or branded dishes, she just accepted the order and duplicated it, but that's it.
Food:
Kharcho is an excellent soup, moderately spicy, enough beef but liquid, broth seems to be rich but liquid, rice is sooo little, score four points;
Georgian salad with nuts, unfortunately I forgot the original name), the slicing is too small for this salad, tomatoes like cucumbers are "plastic", the dressing is not bad but I did not have enough cilantro and spices of pepper and salt, conclusion, Georgian salad is good only in the season of ground pink tomatoes, score four points;
Khinkali - they took beef and greens, mutton and greens, mushrooms and cheese. For each in detail) lamb, there were not enough herbs and spices in the minced meat, the dough is slightly thick, all 5 pieces that took different flavors, as if they cook everything together and beef and mutton and cheese in one dish, beef is very indistinct, minced meat is dry without salt and spices, mushrooms are very indistinct, or champignons are either hangers or white, there are no spices, no salt, cheese is dead khinkali, cheese has no taste, no juice, well, further down the list. The total score for khinkali is two points;
Chicken leg soup with some sour cream dressing, the impression that everything is cut off, there is no salt, spices too, but a lot of chicken, score three;

Good afternoon! We were in Minsk for the New Year holidays, and khinkalnaya was right in our house. We took khinkali with different fillings to take away, we liked everything and the price and quality were adequate. The staff is friendly, the payment is accepted with the mir card. For 15 khinkali and several types of sauces, 39 Belarusian rubles (1,248 Russian rubles). Waiting time is 15 minutes.

I visited Khinkalnaya on Kirova 6, the score of 4.8 was decisive! And what I see is a small, cramped room, the tables are very close to each other, and I can't help but hear the whole conversation! We accepted the order -mulled wine, kharcho and khinkali and immediately said wait 20 minutes and the mulled wine will be brought first, and it was by the way, I was just chilled and the hot drink pleases. And to my surprise, the kharcho was quickly brought first (score 4 ), followed by khinkali and, oddly enough, a basket of bread is for khinkali…
Lamb khinkali with herbs is very tasty at 5+ and mulled wine was brought at the reminder and it was a complete disappointment, the drink remained untouched and stood on the table rating it 2

Pros: relatively low prices, delicious bread and khachapuri in Megrelian. There were a lot of empty seats
Cons: phali is a completely different dish (there were too spicy and some "liquid" - I tried this dish in the Caucasus - it is much tastier and I would not even say that this is one dish), there were 3 of us, two brought dishes, and 3 did not - it is at least ugly to do so. And when ordering, the waiter did not specify that they would be waiting for a long time.
The sofas are a little dirty.
Considering the proximity to the train station and the price / quality, it will do. I wouldn't go a second time

I give 5 stars for the excellent service on the terrace. The waiter was Mikhail, give him a bonus, please. He is a good fellow, friendly, responsible, and a very handsome waiter. I also want to note that the service on the terrace is 100 r better than inside. The last 2 times we spent inside the restaurant were terrible. They brought us khinkali for a long, long time, then they brought the wrong amount, then they forgot to bring beer, then we barely waited for the bill. The second time was even worse. They forgot about us altogether. We just got up and left. I advise you to sit only on the terrace, the waiters are really cooler there

After reading the reviews below, we went to this place as the best, but alas, if you certainly like khinkali with chili pepper, then you are definitely here. But this is the first time I've seen all meat khinkali with pepper. It's impossible for me to eat it at all. Without pepper, only pork khinkali and, of course, with cheese and mushrooms, which you can't call khinkali at all. The only thing I liked was khachapuri, and the rest of the guys, alas, is nothing more. The service is long, the wait for the dish is very long. Peppercorn lovers))) This is definitely the place for you. And there is only one advice for lovers of Georgian authentic cuisine, pass by!!!

We entered the establishment, there was no one at the entrance and near the bar. I went to look for someone, found a girl, greeted her and said that it was just the two of us and we wanted to have lunch, where we could sit down. I visited this village before leaving Minsk, there was an hour left before the minibus and decided to have a quick snack. I was very pleased! Then another friend of ours came up to whom they said that it was impossible to put 6 chairs. He had to sit behind us, at the next table. They came up to us about 20 minutes later to take an order, I decided to ask if we could put another chair so that our friend would sit at the same table with us, we received a negative answer. I asked why, and the answer was, "How do you imagine if people come and there aren't two chairs at the table." To this, I asked a counter question: "if a person is already sitting at this table, will you kick him out, or what?" To which he received the answer: "no , of course we won't kick him out , but you can't put 6 chairs." We just got up and left. I don't know what we did to displease your waiters. But this is as ugly as possible. I do not believe that a company of 6 people cannot sit in an institution of Georgian cuisine. Despite the fact that a large company was sitting on the same terrace, where 2 tables were made up. And there were 2-3 more tables available. We often go to the Karl Marx khinkalnya and, in general, there have never been any questions about this chain of establishments, as well as about the quality of food. But this situation at this point on Kirova just ruined our Friday night, we just all wanted to have dinner after work. This is the first time I've seen such an attitude.

The cook apparently decided to decorate his masterpiece in an original way, so they brought me khinkali with an eyelash. One of them was not the one I ordered. They corrected themselves and brought a new one.
The waiters' good attitude is important to me, but here they had neither the mood nor any desire to create a friendly atmosphere.

In my opinion and taste - Khinkalnya on Kirov is the most cozy and delicious in Minsk!! The service, the staff and the atmosphere are beyond praise! And the dishes - well, just can't come off!
