All the tables for 6 people that stood with the reserved sign were on both sides with sofas (we saw 3 empty ones at the time of our arrival at the establishment without guests and only ours with one sofa and 3 chairs delivered). Vladislav was politely asked (he was wearing a white T-shirt, most likely not by the waiter, but by the receptionist) to transfer us to a nearby table with two sofas - to which he replied that the people who booked this table personally came and watched it and wanted to sit there (how much do you think is true ?), that is, everyone who had tables with sofas came personally, looked at them and booked , and only we booked by phone and we will sit some on chairs, some on the couch. We decided to visit this institution and it turned out to be a mistake. We arrived very hungry, ordered kharcho soup, khinkali, salad, phali and guruli with mushrooms, egg and dill. We were very happy when we heard the waiting time: soup -10 minutes, salad with phali 15-20 minutes, khinkali and guruli 20 minutes. The kharcho soup actually arrived in 10 minutes, and that was it with the promised time. Lettuce and phali waited for 30-35 minutes, khinkali for 40. We wanted to order another dish, but it was impossible to call the waiter, because the waiters hardly went to our part, and if they came, they quickly left. As a result, an hour passed and we decided to get ready and leave, although the guruli had not yet been brought to us. We thought we'd just forgotten about him, but the waiter couldn't ask. As a result, when we managed to call the waiter, they asked for the bill, and the guruli came with it, but it would have been better if they hadn't brought it, because the dish tasted terrible, except for the mushrooms twisted into porridge and fried without any spices. The dish consisted of 60% champignons, 39% dough and 1% egg, we just saw a couple of squares. The bill was paid in cash and we waited for the waiter to come, pick up our bill and bring us a check with change, but we couldn't wait for the waiter again. After half an hour of waiting, we decided to find someone ourselves, and one of the waiters turned around and went into the kitchen, looking at me. When I saw the cash register, I went there, and the waiters and the receptionist were standing there, chatting merrily about something. At least someone was having fun then. When I said that we were tired of waiting for at least someone to come to us and pay us off, the receptionist or cashier reluctantly did not see the badge, because the girl was standing with her back to me, closed the checks, and then decided to pay us off. But the service... the waiters are something inexplicable in this Khinkalna.
I visit this particular khinkalny because of the location, there are definitely 10 visits in total. Sometimes they bring someone else's bill for payment, then khinkali is not served to order, something is not reported, something is forgotten. They work and think sluggishly. I even dictate the order slowly on purpose so that I can write it down, but they still make a mistake in some way.
