Disgusting service! Yesterday, on 04.01.2025, we ordered for pickup 2 sets of khinkali , two caesar salads and eggplant , at the address : 25 let Rkkk street, the spouse stopped by and picked it up without checking , arriving home they found that there were no salads, appliances and matzoni for khinkali ! After that, I called the administrator and told him about it, to which he did not even apologize, he said that the salads would be delivered within 20 minutes, and the matsoni would be reported. Of course, they didn't bring them to us within 20 minutes, about 45 minutes later, when the courier arrived (no questions asked), there were only salads in the package, without matzoni and without appliances! After that , having already opened the second set of hinkals ( without matsoni , where to go ) We found that the meat is all raw! The receptionist did not answer my calls, or did not want to answer, if you position yourself as a restaurant, work on the service, I attach a photo of raw meat

Khmeli-suneli is the best restaurant in Donetsk! You have the best kitchen! We are volunteers from Siberia. We are always glad to visit your institution. It is the best not only in Donetsk, but it is better than many restaurants in other cities of Siberia. Thanks to all the chefs, waiters and all the staff. I ordered 10 times and in almost every delivery either something will not be reported or something less will be put in, but always not at a loss to myself! I called the administration, there is no feedback from the word at all. I was silent for a long time, I thought they would correct themselves. No, it's all the same. It's a very cool place, a lot of money is involved, beautiful design, but .. I went to a children's party, ordered khachapuri with me. I also took the okroshka on the spot. There are no complaints about children and the holiday. But okroshka is something terrible yellow, the lack of greenery and taste in general is masked by mustard without measure, it is impossible to eat. Khachapuri was also disappointing, the dough is too hard, obviously overexposed in the oven. Alas, there were many hopes that were not fulfilled. The staff at the summer playground is too young and inexperienced. I hope they find a real cook!

My wife and I came to lunch on a weekday, sat in the hall on the right side and waited for the waiter for about 15 minutes until they came up to the bar themselves and asked to come over. The chicken soup was taken out after 15 minutes. We ordered two portions of hinkali, and a salad. We waited for about an hour, without exaggeration, the waiter who served us generally walked past us. We asked another waiter to call ours, we waited another 20 minutes. The food is delicious but the service is terrible.

A pregnant woman came with her husband, she wanted to order a light soup from the children's menu, to which the waiter "Svetlana" replied to me that it was impossible from the children's menu, since there was no child with us (a child is considered to be a person under 12 years old). I asked how the noodle soup from the adult menu differs from the soup from the children's, they replied "Basically nothing." So then what is the problem for a pregnant girl to bring what is ordered from the menu. As far as I know, you can order everything from the menu that they specify, regardless of age. And if I just want spaghetti with sausages, it turns out they won't bring them to me, arguing the same? Does this behavior of the restaurant violate the rules of providing catering services?
