After 5 hours, a call somewhere clarifying the address in the town of the same name is generally in another area. After that, "another master will contact you."
April 8: a call from the "right" master to inform him that he does not have time - we arrange for the evening of April 9th.
April 9: the master's call that he only makes it to 21 o'clock is too late for a family with a one-year-old child. We agree that the installer will be there by 6 p.m. on April 10.
April 10: the master did not show up until 6:30 p.m., did not call, and did not pick up the phone. As they say, he disappeared into the water.
April 11 (Friday): call to another organization (first link in Google), we arrange for April 14 (Monday).
April 14: the visit of the competitors' master at the agreed time. It also turned out to be 20% cheaper.
Summary:
There is no after-sales service in my case. If you want to waste time, constantly remind yourself, get thwarted plans, and overpay, go here.
The sale and installation was also "in two stages". Bringing an air conditioner and getting money from you is fast. But the installation will have to wait. Even if the "season" has not started yet.
