I received products from this company. I liked the attitude of the office team and the warehouse employee. Positive guys and girls. Everything is easy and casual. One of the nuances: the street adjacent to the office is filled with cars. The entrance to the territory is under the barrier. So find the office phone in advance so that you don't get stuck in front of the barrier and create a traffic jam.

After 5 hours, a call somewhere clarifying the address in the town of the same name is generally in another area. After that, "another master will contact you."
April 8: a call from the "right" master to inform him that he does not have time - we arrange for the evening of April 9th.
April 9: the master's call that he only makes it to 21 o'clock is too late for a family with a one-year-old child. We agree that the installer will be there by 6 p.m. on April 10.
April 10: the master did not show up until 6:30 p.m., did not call, and did not pick up the phone. As they say, he disappeared into the water.
April 11 (Friday): call to another organization (first link in Google), we arrange for April 14 (Monday).
April 14: the visit of the competitors' master at the agreed time. It also turned out to be 20% cheaper.
Summary:
There is no after-sales service in my case. If you want to waste time, constantly remind yourself, get thwarted plans, and overpay, go here.
The sale and installation was also "in two stages". Bringing an air conditioner and getting money from you is fast. But the installation will have to wait. Even if the "season" has not started yet.

I ordered the installation of an air conditioner, they said that they only install air conditioners bought from them, I bought an air conditioner from hobot.by , delivered, the installation was repaired a day later, they said the installer would call.We took time off from work and are waiting for a call. They did not wait for the call, they started calling the company at 9.00 with a request to find out the situation with the installation, the result was only by 12.00 the installer called back. As a result, the installation was postponed to another day, but most importantly, the installer said that they were not electricians and they did not output the power wire to the air conditioner, they would check the performance through an extension cord, I just can't believe the shock, the service itself think to contact them or not.

In general, the manager and the storekeeper communicated very pleasantly, gave us all the information we were interested in about the purchased product.
But, before buying, they could not find the right warehouse for a very long time, there are few signs: until you go down to the right basement, which is unclear where it is located, and the entrance to it is not clear from which side. The sign on one side of the building, where the entrance to their office is, and the information about the warehouse was given a little unclear, so we lost time while we were looking.

It's a terrible store. We have not fulfilled our warranty obligations. I bought a boiler, with a 5-year warranty on the tank, serviced everything on time, handed it over under warranty, they gave a conclusion that there was no safety valve. Although the valve was standing, I attach a photo. As a result, they jump to the service center, and the service center jumps to the store. Be careful and think a hundred times about buying in this store. For example, the 21st century store changes such things under warranty without problems!

I ordered heaters on this site, the consultant said that this product is suitable for my needs because it was explained by me. The product arrived, but I did not feel the promised degrees. After calling the administrator about a refund or exchange, they started telling me that I couldn't return it to them because it was in good working order, I started asking about the exchange, they said that the consultant would call back for an exchange and soon a month would pass, but they still call me... The money is just thrown away. How can you sell goods without knowing their characteristics and at the same time advise customers!? I do not recommend this store!
