One of reception guy was rude. Once I forgot room card in the office and it wasn't easy to get a new one. Also, they don't have complimentary wather in the rooms any more.

They are not small, but there is not much free space. There is probably no gym, but if you have experience, then it is quite possible to warm up. Trams on the window will help you not to oversleep if the windows are on the road. In general, you can definitely settle in if the price suits you
