We stayed in a suite with a terrace for 2 nights, two adults and two children.
One of the advantages: the location is right in the center, convenient for walking. The view from the restaurant on the 4th floor, where breakfast is taking place, to the Alazani Valley is amazing! Clean, snow-white bed linen.
Among the disadvantages (all in small things, but high-quality service consists of them):
- the bathrobes are tired, the belt loop is torn off somewhere, there is a hole under the collar somewhere, no one is following the repair and renovation ((
-there was no cleaning during the stay, even the garbage was not taken
out -the kettle is in the room there is, but there is no outlet next to it, you have to put it on the floor and boil it there.
- the breakfast pastries are dry and ready, they don't bake them at the hotel, and you could have bothered with muffins.
- the coffee is frankly tasteless
Overall, it's not bad, but the cost is too high.

The hotel is excellent for Georgian service.
The location is convenient, next to THE SAME sycamore tree).
The room is clean and cozy, there are slippers, towels, gels, etc.
The air conditioner wasn't working, it was 29 degrees in the room in the morning, I took off the star for it, it's hard to be in such heat.
I recommend taking a room with breakfast, the view is great upstairs in the restaurant, and plus, if you take breakfast separately, it's exactly 2 times more expensive.

Just drop your head off. Telavi itself is an overly pleasant city, but the hotel just finished it off. A warm pool on the 5th floor, stunning views of the very center of the city and the mountains. There are no complaints about the rooms, nor about the breakfast, everything was there. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
There are all kinds of banks nearby, if you change the money. And right across the street, there's a fancy restaurant where khinkali with cottage cheese and Kakheti butter is another dump.
