I really liked the hotel! Convenient location, 5 minutes from the metro. Of course there are many shops. The only food courts are Mu-mu, Shokoladnitsa and Burger King, but there are many grocery stores nearby. The rooms are located so that neighbors do not disturb. The room itself is very spacious, the sound insulation is excellent. Very clean.

The hotel is well maintained , staff is quite helpful , housekeeping needs improvement the rooms need to be cleaned in time some times the rooms are not cleaned upto 2 pm drinking water ever hotel in this catagory around keeps 2 litres of water bottles every day or keeps a water dispenser on each floor. Which is missing the hotel should consider. The hotel reception refused to provide change for currency which is not a right thing to go guests coming for other countries may require cash change or may like to change loose coins into currency notes. This facility is a must for a hotel which was missing.
