@14.10.2023 visited the cafe at 12.00. Previously, on 12.10.2023, an order was made with a prepayment of 3000 rubles. At the end of the meal, we received a bill in the amount of 10700 rubles. The bill was paid in full. 16.10.2023 I came to find out whether the prepayment was included in the final invoice. After long-term convictions on the part of the staff that everything was taken into account, they still returned my 3000 rubles of prepayment to me. There was no apology. To all this unpleasant situation, I will add that for some reason we were served by 3 waiters in turn. Serving plates and cutlery were received after additional requests. Napkins, salt and did not wait. The dishes served were delicious, but there are big doubts about the observance of the weight indicated in the menu. This cafe was visited for the first time. We came to the conclusion that it needs to be bypassed.

There was a normal attitude in winter, but after arriving in the summer everything changed, the waiter and the hookah girl talk rudely. I would not advise you to rest there. And there is also a very long serving of dishes, but the problem is not with the waiters, but with the cooks and the bosses, who do not follow what is happening or spit at the camera.
