Great company. The goods are promptly and quickly selected. Chipboard and MDF boards are cut. They are glued with an edge and make filler holes for assembling furniture.

Very poor service. We have been cooperating for a long time: constant delays in terms of cutting services, disgusting logistics organization. The last straw was the situation when, due to an error by the Holzgrupp company manager, a bunch of unnecessary parts were filed and shipped to us. The company's management refused to make concessions in resolving the issue.

I'm a regular phys. a person, not an individual entrepreneur, I just sometimes make furniture for myself and relatives, this is the fifth legal person from whom I order a cut. I've been working with Holtz for 1.5 years now, I visited them on Mayakovsky, Shchomyslitsa and in the north they have a warehouse (I don't remember the address). Well, everything is clear and friendly everywhere, well done, in fact, they will tell you and check the model, if something does not fit into the cutting, they will help you beat it and speed up delivery, if it burns, in general they go to a meeting. A pleasant exception: not as usual with "business in Belarusian ", as they find out that they are not an IP employee, but so they strain on you, I will also help you and smile.
