We were on vacation at this magnificent hotel in December 2024. Excellent hotel, fully matching the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted our spirits. Highly qualified Russian-speaking staff was waiting for us at the reception and there was no language barrier, for which we would like to thank you!!!We recommend it! Excellent service, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request. Cleaning is done efficiently. The food is great, and there is a large selection of breakfast dishes: desserts, fruits, and freshly squeezed juice. We will definitely come back here! Cozy rooms with everything you need. The vacation was perfect! The hotel really has everything you need. Choose this hotel and you won't regret it! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I would like to mention: Director-Ildirim, The manager is Elmar, The technician is Rafik, the waiter is Sevinge, and the housekeeper is Zulfiya. You are the best- your hospitality is beyond praise!! We were comfortable and pleased to be here! Convenient location of the hotel: all the sights of Baku are within walking distance, there is a restaurant with wonderful cuisine, there are local restaurants and shops outside the hotel where you can go for a walk after dinner!!! We stayed at this hotel, but in a separate branch of them, in a neighboring building in the hostel, we took extra breakfasts, very tasty and varied, the staff is friendly and speaks Russian. It is located near shops and cafes, the area is lively.
