We were here in January 2025. The hotel is clean, the bed linen and towels are white. The plumbing in the room is good. We regularly replenished soap dishes, changed towels, supplemented tea and bottled water. But a full-fledged cleaning is done on request, the bed linen has not been changed in a week. There is a minibar, but we asked to remove it because we don't use it. The staff is polite, there is always someone who speaks Russian. When we left early in the morning for a field trip, we were given a dry ration. Breakfast is a buffet, one type of porridge, cereals and everything else as usual. If you're out of omelets or pancakes, you can ask for more. We liked the hotel and had pleasant impressions.

Nice hotel in Baku. The rooms match the description: clean, linen is changed daily, toiletries are available.
Initially, there was no refrigerator, it was brought on request. Special thanks to the female maids, they are very friendly.
European-style breakfasts, without variety, but there was always enough food, it was cooked deliciously.
Not all hostesses at the reception speak Russian, you can switch to English. Nice view from the window
The hotel corresponds to its level.
I would like to mention the location separately, 3 minutes and you are on the embankment. There is a 24-hour supermarket behind the hotel. The nearest exchange office is 15-20 minutes away (Bank of the Republic). There is also a Ferris wheel, a shopping mall, and a cable car nearby. The proximity of the Crystal Hall concert hall, a 10-minute walk away, was important to us. There are public transport stops near the hotel.
The overall impression is very good. If you plan to explore the city instead of sitting in your room, there are all the possibilities for this.

I had a great time. There is a Russian-speaking staff, and there are 2 smoking balconies on the floor, which is very nice. There is also a balcony in the room.

It is a small hotel, the breakfasts are good, the rooms are clean, the views from the windows are different, there is also a main street, there is an entrance to the fountain. The cleaning was not very thorough, wrappers from previous guests were lying on the floor. But the cleaners are friendly, they asked what to give from the accessories-shampoo and soap. They gave me 1 robe, but when they asked, they gave me a second one. Sometimes the cleaners were too persistent and came in even when there was a do not disturb note on the door.
The overall impression remained positive.

The hotel turned out to be 3 stars instead of the stated 4. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, the bed and furniture are modern, but there are several disadvantages:
- something was constantly not working in the room, the level of service corresponds to a full 3 stars and it was clear why the hotel did not deserve 4 stars. The cards for opening the door did not work all the time, only one card worked for two people, I had to go down to the reception every time to activate the necessary card and enter the room
- when entering the room, it was necessary to turn on/off the electricity sensors themselves for the air conditioner, light, etc.) it's just sur to do it every time)
- the breakfasts were very monotonous, the menu did not change from the word at all)
- the hotel has very good staff, they will help with all questions - from currency exchange to ordering a taxi..
The hotel really corresponds to 3 stars, definitely not 4 stars.

The hotel is located far from the center, you need to climb the mountain. It will do for a couple of days, we are tired of walking for 5 days. There are several construction sites nearby, a small street, seemingly quiet, but even at night cars drive along it, our windows faced the road and it really interfered. Also, the rooms have very high audibility, we heard what the neighbors were talking about behind the wall. There is a public transport stop within walking distance, you can go to different areas of the city. The room is ordinary, there is a bathrobe (we had one for two)) slippers, soap accessories, a small refrigerator, a safe, several employees speak Russian. Breakfast was included, standard, but the same thing every day, the cheapest cheese, sausage and cottage cheese. Instant coffee, natural - 8 manats. Bottom line: For a similar price, you can choose a hotel closer to the center or in the old town.

The hotel was chosen spontaneously, we were deceived with housing, forced to look for shelter at night. Three adults, a child of 18 years old, it was difficult to find a room where they could comfortably stay. The hotel is slightly removed from the center, but the taxi is inexpensive, there were no problems. We bought a SIM card at the reception in the morning, it became much easier. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, helped with everything. The food was breakfast, buffet, but not great, although generally tolerable. The hotel is still Muslim-oriented, so it's hard for me to judge, maybe this is how it should be. But serving sausages in cellophane was very annoying. Carefully unwrapping them was another quest))) But for a stay, the hotel is more than comfortable, I recommend it.

Price - quality! Stylish room on the 4th floor, balcony, comfortable bed, very white bed linen and nice quality towels. The room was cleaned, linen and towels were changed, water and soap supplies were replenished. A bathrobe and slippers were present. The breakfasts are quite extensive and hearty. At the request, they prepared their favorite dishes. The staff is Russian-speaking, friendly. We helped with all questions. Convenient location of the hotel. I walked around all the sights. The daily promenade along the Embankment added a plus to the overall mood of staying at this hotel.

A nice, cozy hotel, located near almost all the main attractions, near a beautiful embankment,stands on a hill,there is air conditioning, but if you like to sleep with an open balcony, then take a room that does not go to school 90)) and noise from the road,good breakfasts and very friendly staff!Thank you all for the rest.

Friendly Russian-speaking staff, convenient location, near Primorsky Boulevard, beautiful view of the mountains from the window (be sure to say it) comfortable rooms, everything is there, or will be provided within 5 minutes. A separate respect for the bed is not a dream, but a fairy tale.

I read the reviews-they were positive. There was such a situation: around one o'clock in the morning, the smell of gasoline began to smell. We went to the reception, they said that the treatment of cockroaches. It stank terribly. They can't solve the problem. To my questions, how can we be sure that we won't waste money, the answer is "I don't know." The problem has not been solved. I would like the hotel to comment on the situation in some way. Please note, it was one o'clock in the morning, people were tired, some had early excursions and plans for the next day.

The hotel is located on the fourth floor of a residential building. Reception and restaurant on the ground floor. I must say right away, we liked the hotel. Nice rooms. We had a studio room. The room had everything you needed - slippers, bathrobes, shampoos... a kitchenette with a sink and stove, electric kettle, tea set. It's strange that there were no dishes, but I think the staff would have solved this issue if necessary. The bed is great, and there is also a soft corner. Two small balconies, with a view of the school opposite, are slightly polluted with pigeons. The Internet is good. There was no buffet when we were staying. In the morning, you need to call the reception and tell them what you want for breakfast in addition to a plate with slices. In general, a normal breakfast, but without any variety. We left early in the morning, lunch boxes were packed for us. The reception staff is very responsive and good-natured, and speak Russian. The only downside is cleaning the room. Until they hung up a sign asking to get out, and this happened on the third day, the maid did not dare to go into the room. But even after this visit, the garbage disappeared from one basket (from the second, it never disappeared) and two cups were washed. And that's it! Neither the bed nor the towels were changed, the bathroom was not cleaned. I can't say if they were cleaned at all, because you can't see on the carpet. It is for this minus one star. Otherwise, a decent hotel for those who like to walk. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center. Uber solves this problem in about 1.5 ₼.

We lived in a hotel in January 2022. I really liked the hotel. It is located a little away from the center, but this did not spoil the impressions, because there is a beautiful embankment nearby, along which it is pleasant to walk towards the center. The hotel staff are pleasant and polite young people who speak Russian perfectly. Everything in the room is modern, clean and new. Everything you need is available. I would love to stay in a hotel in the future.

It's too noisy and hot in the rooms! The air conditioner saves, but it's still hot in the common corridors! Purity by 10 points! The staff treated the guests respectfully, but due to the lack of a vaccinated passport, the nephew was not allowed in! I had to change the number! And he went to another hotel where they let him in without a covid passport
