Nice hotel! We lived as a family in October 2024. Positive: 1. Very friendly English- and Russian-speaking staff, ready to help even in small things. 2. The rooms are clean, there are tea accessories, bathrobes, slippers, very good bed linen, of course Wi-fi, a lot of multilingual TV channels. 3. Delicious breakfasts (included)! You definitely won't stay hungry, there are always fresh vegetables and fruits, the menu is not too extensive, but this is even for the best. The standard set is always present: eggs, sausages, omelets, vegetables, cereals, pastries, sweets, etc. Very tasty juices! 4. The beach is across the street, and the hotel has a shuttle service, the main thing is to add yourself to the list in time so that you do not have to walk, although there are such fans. By the way, the sea is excellent, the shore and water are clean, there are changing rooms, toilets, and both are divided into men's and women's. The only drawback is small. To go up to the neck, you need to walk 50-60 meters. 5. A huge and fat plus bar! It works until two o'clock in the morning, and the order can be placed from the room 24/7. When we returned late from excursions, he helped out a lot, because there is a full menu, not just drinks. 6. A good gym is provided for fans of physical education and sports. 7. There is a very nice outdoor pool. 8. There is a grocery store within walking distance. 9. For lovers of exotics and shopping, there is a local "Cherkizon" nearby, i.e. a huge market.
Minuses: 1. There are no clothes hangers and shoe spoons in the rooms. 2. The hotel is located next to the customs office, so truck drivers waiting at customs warehouses litter near it. 3. There are no washbasins in the showers (toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable machines), so there may be an unpleasant surprise for those who are light. 4. We kindly ask you to buy good ironing boards!
Conclusions: the hotel, of course, does not reach the declared four stars, BUT..! There are many more advantages than disadvantages, the disadvantages are almost all easily eliminated. We wish the hotel success and prosperity!

A cool hotel with large studio rooms. The room has a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. A kitchen where you can cook something (there is no microwave, but there is a stove), there are dishes for cooking and serving, a kettle. Double bed, sofa bed, TV, air conditioning. Large balcony. There is a table and a chair on the balcony, but for some reason there is only one. Bathrobes and slippers are available. The mini bar is replenished daily - 1 liter of water per person and a tea set - tea bags and sugar.
The territory is small, but well maintained. There is a swimming pool with sun beds and towels. The pool is very clean. A pool bar is available for a fee. Breakfast is included in the accommodation. They are somewhat monotonous, but everything is delicious. Oatmeal porridge boiled eggs omelets, boiled and fried sausages, sliced vegetables, fresh fruits, dried fruits and candied fruits for tea, buns and croissants. Drinks include tea, coffee, juices, and water. You can order lunch or dinner for a fee, there is a room-service.
There is a city beach in front of the hotel, but getting to it is still a story. You need to cross the road, the crossings are not very close and there are no sidewalks. I had to run across the road in the wrong places, climbing over the bumpers (high by the way). You can't run around with kids like that. But it's not the hotel's fault, of course.
We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We definitely recommend it.

The hotel is good. We had a view of the sea and the pool, beautiful 😍 the room is spacious, with a kitchen and two beds + a sofa. The only thing was there were no pots, they asked for them, they brought them right away.
The cleaning is good, they gave 5 bottles of water every day, there is tea /coffee / sugar. There is soap/disposable brushes/paste in the bathroom. There are bathrobes and slippers.
The service is good. Everything you ask for is immediately brought, which comments are corrected.
We had breakfast included, on the whole it was a little meager, not to say delicious, usually. It will go for a snack in the morning. There was pizza for 1 day, so it was great)
The sea is across the road, cross only if you run across. We went by transfer, it is at 10.30 and 11, pick up respectively at 12 and 12.30. The driver is an excellent, very pleasant young man, always waiting on time. The cars are comfortable.

There is a large supermarket nearby in 7 minutes walking distance. There are also bus stops nearby. The fare is 0.6 manat. But you need to buy a backcard (you can buy it on the subway).
In general, we liked everything, I can definitely recommend it.

The rooms are spacious, everything you need to stay is there.Rooms are cleaned every day, water and toilet paper are brought every day.There is a kettle, a saucepan, appliances and plates in the room, as well as tea,coffee, sugar and sweets), but this is not the main thing for us, we came to relax and not find fault with all sorts of little things, as here we observed claims "there are not enough hangers, pots, pans" and the like....Some people just behave rudely, as if everyone owes them here!
It is very cozy and comfortable for us!)
You will be taken to the beach there and back by car if you set a time at the reception in advance. The sea is nearby, but it is not convenient to get through the highway.We were once on the paid beach at the Nar&Sarab Hotel🤦🏻♀️And we were shocked by the staff of this hotel and the prices.They charge 25 manats per person at the entrance + they check bags as at the airport and take all your drinks (they give them away at the exit).The prices in this hotel are cosmic (water - 4.4 manats), for everything else the prices, I'm already silent....The staff with sour and dissatisfied "faces", although the hotel itself is not cheap, apparently.In short, pay 25 manats for admission (this is a towel and an open sunbed) and you will have to pay separately for additional services.
It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the city center by taxi, the taxi is inexpensive, we only traveled by it.
The breakfasts are very tasty, although a little monotonous, but everyone will find their own to their taste (there is a choice).

Great hotel, friendly staff, sea across the street. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center, a taxi ride costs 8-10 manats. I recommend. Special thanks to the hotel manager Rustam, a very attentive person who helped solve all the problems. It's cozy at home. The rest was a success.

Everything is good in this hotel: spacious, comfortable, clean rooms with a kitchen and a balcony, breakfast, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, transfer to the city. But there is one huge disadvantage -
Club music. It's a terrible horror, the space around rattles and vibrates. THIS is turned on from morning to evening near the pool and these sounds can only be called music conditionally, it's boom-boom-boom frenzied decibels. Who thought of it? There is no hiding in the room, all the windows overlook the sound source. For us, this moment has practically nullified all the advantages of the hotel, we will have to look for other accommodation options. Sorry.
