In the meantime, I have informed your masters again that the problem of pulling to the right that I have previously communicated continues and that a mistake was made in this regard at the first check.
As a result of the examination, it was stated that the motorcycle's battery was weakened, so the gear could not be taken in vain when the ignition was opened, and therefore it was not allowed to press the starter. It was reported to me that this situation was caused by user error, the battery was weakened due to the fact that the motorcycle was stopped before the gear was taken in vain.
In addition, regarding the problem of pulling to the right, your master in the service stated that the center of gravity of these models is designed towards the right side, and this is a normal situation. Oct.
In line with all these explanations, I would like to point out that the expertise process I requested earlier was not performed, the problems I sent were not solved, and the tow fee was evaluated as a user error and collected from me.
I also noticed that when I fold the right and left mirrors of my motorcycle, they close disproportionately, and the right mirror leans against the windshield, damaging the front center. When I conveyed this issue to the master at Anes Motor, my side was answered with a wavy style in the form of "We did not make these mirrors for you to turn on and off constantly". This approach of authorized service personnel is extremely unprofessional and disregards customer satisfaction.
