A great place for a couple or even a family to stay. Plenty of space, wonderful view from the balcony, comfortable kitchen, pleasant audience in the lobby, many shops nearby.
The promenade for walking and the beach are a 2-minute walk away (for whom it is relevant, I visit Batumi in autumn and winter), a cozy park nearby.
If desired, 20-30 min walk to the old town. The same amount is in the other direction - to the spotting point of Batumi airport.

We stayed in May as a child. The room has everything you need - a microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, stove, dishes. The view from the room to the sea is amazing. The staff is polite and helpful. A 7-minute walk from the hotel there is a shopping center with a supermarket where you can buy any products. It's quiet at night.

the hotel made a double impression, beautiful from the outside, new, 3 elevators inside, one of them did not work all 2 weeks of stay, which was a little annoying, the idea of wandering the 17th floor was not impressive, however, 2 coped, it did not take long to wait, but people were crammed to the brim.Also, during the 2 weeks of our vacation, there were water shutdowns, it was not possible to find out an urban problem or a hotel problem. And another thing: a local gang is working at the hotel, boys about 14 years old, see a car with non-Georgian license plates, wait for only women to stay at the car and demand to pay for parking at the hotel, threatening that the wheels will be punctured.The issue is resolved using the phrase 'the police will figure it out'.

Excellent location - the first coastline. If you wish, you can get to the center of Batumi on foot (20-25 minutes), or by bus (stop 1 minute from the apartment hotel). We stayed on the 29th floor with a sea view. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay with a family (three people). The price is also normal. The owner of the apartments Gotcha is very hospitable and friendly. I recommend it!

It's a beautiful place. Excellent rooms: clean, bright, comfortable, with a maximum of necessary furniture. The washing machine works like everything else. Large spacious cupboards. I had a wonderful view of the sea from the 17th floor. The reception and security are on duty around the clock. The elevators are always working. There is always any kind of water. The kitchen is also fully equipped and working. A large refrigerator, hangers in the hallway, etc. Come and live. But the mattresses creak, so I put 4 points.

The apartment hotel itself is new and clean. The view from the window is not bad if the windows overlook the sea (yes, the sea is visible), 5 minutes to the sea. There is a restaurant nearby where you can have a snack. The only thing to note about the apartments is that there is not a single rag in the room (neither for the floor nor for the table). The air conditioner flowed in the last days of rest, a huge puddle formed on the floor, and there is nothing to clean it with. My husband ran around looking for a cleaner (who pretended not to understand), then went to the reception to talk about the problem, promised that the master and the cleaner would come, but no one came (they cleaned the puddle themselves with a towel), they lived without air conditioning for 2 days.

A new building on the Black Sea coast, the apartments are quite spacious and comfortable, but they have already been fairly used. From the window there is a view of the house opposite and a piece of the sea from the unfinished embankment. If you do not pay attention to the little things in the form of torn curtains and wallpaper, it is quite comfortable.

The hotel itself is essentially normal, the rooms are not bad. I was confused that there was no blanket.. Yes, a blanket would be nice in winter. The girls at the reception are probably new and then they are not there, then they find out something for a long time. Then there's the owner, or just their boss yelling at them in front of everyone that you can go deaf.. there is a guy there, I don't know who he works with, maybe he keeps order, he's a top, he still rented a room. Calm, pleasant in communication, always prompt. Thanks to him.

A terrible place: the water is periodically turned off, one elevator does not work at all, two constantly break down and get stuck. A lot of things that Lasha Akhalaya (director) promised during construction, but did not do. There are no garbage cans, the barrier does not work. The guests of the apart-hotel are deceived by photos - in fact, it is different upon check-in. Don't mess with me!!!

Цены ниже на апартаменты в этом отеле, чем в соседних Orbi и аналогичных. Отель стоит на первой линии, через дорогу от моря. Обслуживание приемлемое, персонал русскоговорящий, доброжелательный. Номера отличные. Есть всё для жизни - кухня, микроволновка, стиральная машинка. Ремонт свежий, мебель новая. Очень уютно. На верхних этажах вид на море, фронтальный или боковой.
