Amazing Japanese omakase sets. The name of the award-winning Japanese restaurant at the Bulgari Resort is translated as a “gemstone.” The menu offers omakase from Masahiro Sugiyama, a sixth-generation sushi master. He usually bases his sets on the guests’ preferences and local products and almost never prepares similar dishes, which is why each dinner is different from the next. There are only nine chairs at the chef's table, but there's a separate room for a dozen of people if you book as a group. The drawback of the room is that you can’t watch the sushi masters at work, which is a real pity.
