Clear. Attentive receptionists, polite. Good doctors. There are overlays on the time of admission: before an appointment with a cardiologist, you can do a cardiogram in 5 minutes, or you can wait in line for about an hour (depends on the time of year, time of day ...); the reception time is limited for the doctor, when unscheduled patients, emergency, of course, there are delays for patients by appointment.
A recent situation: I made an appointment with a doctor for a certain day and time. The doctor is on sick leave. On the plus side: we rescheduled the appointment for the same day to another doctor. Minus: the time was postponed for almost an hour and they did not call back, did not warn about the change in the appointment time, that they would have to go to another doctor. As a result, more than an hour was spent over the planned time. For a working person on a weekday, such a situation is no longer an overlay, but a violation of labor discipline. If it were not for the understanding on the part of the management, I would have to write an explanatory note for absence from the workplace in excess of what was agreed. I hope this situation will not happen again.
