This is a branch of hell on earth. Today, at exactly 2 p.m., my mother arrived here in an ambulance with a blood pressure of 180. The man could not walk by himself, he was constantly vomiting, and his head hurt terribly. They sent me to the emergency department for tests and... silence. 30 minutes, 40 minutes. When asked if they had forgotten about us, they replied, our laboratory is not coping, wait for the tests. 50 minutes, an hour. The second question, why we are not being served and that she is getting worse, is ignored. On the third day, it's just a scream, maybe someone will at least come up, and I will write a complaint, or in response, write. And a policeman came up. I explained that we had been sitting here for the second hour and no one even came up to us, mom was worse, she couldn't even sit, she was lying on a bench and vomiting. Only then did they come up to us to take our blood pressure and offered to lie down in the exam room. After the scandal and the conversation with the police, they started helping us, if you can call it that. Then of course they apologized… We were served by women who had a heart attack at night and a blood pressure of 150, who informed all their relatives about it by phone and discussed their cholesterol to the whole receiver. As I understand it, the "doctors" had a shift shift and they just wanted to shift a heavier patient to another shift. Because then another girl came and took care of my mom.
As a result, she was admitted to the ward in the corridor at 6 p.m., and the woman with bad cholesterol and a blood pressure of 150 was placed in a comfortable room, as she had been examined much earlier at the reception.
The shift that worked at the receiver for up to 3 days is just people who happened to get there and need to work at the slaughterhouse. I sincerely hope that one day your loved ones will feel so bad, and you will be ignored and mocked from an open office with the phrase "I will write a complaint" with laughter to the whole receiver, as you did today!

2 surgical building 3/4 of the department is trash, which I encountered after I got here on a planned basis. I think the fish rots from the head, but for now I'll tell you from the tail.
1. They write one number of the operation on the referral, but in fact you will wait until the stars come together, namely: the availability of the necessary personnel in the intensive care unit and the availability of a set for this operation.
2. The elderly should not be left alone here, there will be no one to lift them out of bed, feed them, take care of them, plan treatment. Because doctors are drunk at night, there are not enough nurses, they hire interns, and this intern runs alone on the entire floor between the wards, trying to fulfill all appointments.
3. Nurses physically do not have time to get around everyone, so the ducks will stand and stink all day, and catheters with urine will lie on the floor inflated like a balloon.
4. The attitude of doctors is arrogant, arrogant. They won't listen much, only if you're not dying.
5. There are no lifting rings (supports) above the beds with patients after abdominal surgery, so everything is through pain.
6. Do not expect frequent bandages, because there is a shortage of dressing material. But you can buy it and you will be happy to be bandaged.
7. It's not a fact that they will put a catheter in your arm the first time, because they use needles out of size, as well as syringes from the category of "what's left".
P.S. I think all the above problems do not happen by themselves, the hospital is in an abandoned state, there is a shortage of medical staff, lack of tools, materials and other things. So, think about whether it's worth going to bed here, and don't leave your loved ones here!!!! I have not described all the horrors, and not in real colors! Rather than a hospital, it is a place for self-survival!

I got here at night in an ambulance with loss of consciousness against the background of an exacerbation of a chronic illness. I felt terrible, I asked the medical registrar for water at registration, there were no plastic cups) She was sent to wander the corridors in search of an ultrasound and a laboratory, in the latter the laboratory assistant managed to be rude to a polite question from the threshold. In poor health, I had to wait for the test results and the doctor for almost 2.5 hours, as a result, the "doctor" was rude and laughed at the ambulance, which allegedly brought without reason, prescribed medicine from which terrible gastrointestinal problems began (although signs of poisoning were indicated in the ambulance card). Almost all the staff, except for the girl at the blood donation, are not able to work with people and hate their job. I would not like to come here again and not get ANY help again.

I felt unwell and had to sit down on a bench near the wall. It was uncomfortable to lean my head against the wall. Therefore, 3.

The repairs at the hospital were excellent, but this did not affect the quality of service in any way. The parents took turns in pulmonology during the year. Dad was lucky, he got to the head. Therefore, the treatment was effective and under control. Mom wasn't so lucky. There is no bypass on weekends, the nurse is on duty drunk on weekends and is not even able to pour medicine for inhalation. The second nurse removes the catheter without treatment. They are outraged beyond belief!
