A very nice new hotel. Responsive staff. The price includes good breakfasts, Five breakfast options, the choice must be made the day before. It is located near the beach. Near the central market of Sukhum. Nice rooms. There is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. Nice roomy closets for clothes. Tea, sugar, shampoo, and shower gel are added daily. Beach towels are provided.

An amazing hotel! The location is just great, the breakfasts are always great, the sea is five minutes away.
