Double room with one blanket, one cup and one set of towels. There's only a small bar of soap in the shower. Other hotels always had two sets of everything, plus disposable toothbrushes, pastes, and even shaving machines. It's very cold in the room, so bring your own warm blankets. Music was playing in a nearby cafe until 2 a.m., it's not the fault of the hotel, but it causes great discomfort. In comparison, Almaty had everything you needed for almost the same amount of money.

Very nice hotel, nice staff. Beautiful view of the mountains from the window. The rooms are clean.
We will definitely return there more than once.

I constantly stay at the Altai Hotel. Helpful and kind staff. The rooms are clean and cozy all the time. Well done!
