A very atmospheric hotel. The breakfasts and dinners are very tasty. The equipment (plumbing, air conditioners, furniture) is fresh. I liked everything very much. One of the disadvantages is that every time the door is opened from the hotel to the street, a sound signal is triggered.

Very friendly and kind hosts, they regularly ask if everything suits them and are always ready to help. A pleasant and cozy interior of the hall with beautiful paintings. The room has air conditioning. There is a large convenience store nearby and a delicious inexpensive shawarma around the corner.
One of the disadvantages is poor noise insulation.

A good hotel, we stayed cleanly overnight at a transfer in Yerevan. Nice male receptionist, clean linen! But the walls are cardboard, our noisy neighbors were very audible.

A new hotel, great for spending the night, worse for relaxing near a noisy street. The staff is lovely, we met at night without any problems.
