Excellent, cozy hotel close to tourist sites and developed infrastructure.
The staff is very polite and friendly. They speak Russian, and they offered a more spacious room than they had booked. The room has wonderful wooden furniture, soft bed, high ceilings. The breakfast restaurant area with a view of the city is located on the 8th floor.
Near the hotel: VTB ATM, pharmacy, grocery store and market, restaurants, cultural center.

In general, the hotel is pleasant: large rooms, friendly staff, many Russian-speaking employees. However, sometimes there are problems with air conditioning, so sometimes it can be cold (in winter) or hot (in spring, summer). Also, with a large load of the hotel, there is a buffet for breakfast, and then there is plenty to choose from, but with a small load, they cook something personally, so breakfast can be quite monotonous, but, by and large, this is not a problem. So, you can safely stay at this hotel, especially since it is quite well located. And anyway, Baku is a very beautiful and interesting city!
