Staff too) Food - you won't stay hungry, rooms - you can live, the territory is cool, animation is simple, but from the heart) Spanish music, gorgeous ocean, white sand and rum - everything, the rest was a success, what else do you need?) And the fact that everything is fine with them is not scary) It all depends on your mood) Be sure to take a retro car to Havana and do not listen to hotel guides, do not ride the bus in a crowd - they all lie that they will not let you go anywhere without them, that you will walk along the fence and see nothing! But I definitely do not recommend going to the "paradise island" - a divorce for money, even a hotel beach is much cooler than this island! In general, Cuba has sunk into my soul, it's definitely worth visiting there at least once - this calamity, devastation, empty shelves of shops and pharmacies, and beauty is right next to it... If this hotel was not in Cuba, it would be 2 or 3 at most! It must be understood that this is not a rich country, but there are hotels with the same 4 arrivals and better ones, especially in terms of food. We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. I couldn't stand the smell of the dining room on the second day, the food is very specific, fortunately we went without children, our children would be constantly hungry in this place. Sweets are creepy, just instant sugar. Towels for the plage are a whole quest, they are never in the right quantity, only on the 3rd day we were able to get them. What I liked : a normal sandy beach right on the territory of the hotel, the size of the hotel, there is not a small place to walk. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, and this is a minus, well, how lucky you are. We were not very ashamed of our compatriots from time to time. Russians feel like they are being driven into this hotel in packs, 80% of them are Russian-speaking tourists, the rest are Spaniards, they are Cubans and others, I saw only one English-speaking couple. By the way, it is possible to sign up for a restaurant from the hotel, also for free, because the food is exactly the same as in the dining room. I noticed that the English-speaking girls just ate this food and said how they liked it, they almost made up the plates. Apparently the Russians got too hungry, but I was always hungry, I just didn't even want to go down to the dining room because of the smell.

In the queue, preference is given to local Cubans, who blindly climb up and take the last one (grill, etc.). Nobody cares. Did you run out of juice? That's your problem. It may or may not be brought. It is unknown who it depends on. Seafood? There are none, forget it. Grilled meat is raw and often unroasted. In the dining room, only cola, sprite, fanta (local analogues) juices are irregular and they taste like diluted from powder. Would you like tea or coffee? Welcome to the bar on the second floor) If you are "lucky " to get into the season when there are many arrivals, then you can not see a lot of things in the kitchen in principle. There are cocktails on the bar only in the morning, later there are no ingredients or desires. Only rum and Coke 24/7. The food is cooked terribly, bland, the sauce is only mazik, ketchup or local sour. If you are going to Cuba, take Tobasco or Vietnamese chili, I would also take soy sauce. There's nothing in the shops. Only the sea is beautiful in the hotel. I didn't see the pool cleaned, but I saw it as children relieved themselves in it. No one has done anything. We have never swum in the pool. Room cleaning is very specific, take everything with you except a hair dryer, it is there and even works. The towels were changed, but it was havery because they left 1-3$ for tea every day Do not move into the first floor, there are different animals running around and mosquitoes flying. Our impressions of the hotel are the worst.

There are not enough cutlery, stupidly there are not even glasses and you go begging like a fool! There are flies, sparrows and a disgusting smell in the dining room itself, there is a drain pit with slop in the dining room! We had a family vacation January-February 2020, the hotel is on solid 3 although the territory is more or less clean. The rooms are spacious but the renovation is a bit old, starting from plumbing and ending with furniture, if you have the opportunity to pre-view the room and change it to a good one for a small surcharge (but I advise you who will agree). Check-in to the rooms is very long, they are generally unhurried people, there is nothing to be done, we arrived at the hotel around 12:30, and check-in began at 16:00, there would be no questions if 10-15 people were settled, but about 100-150 people brought us, so decide for yourself to wait in line or solve the issue with the staff (it is solved). Be sure to take mosquito repellent. The room has a conder, TV, refrigerator, half cup of drinking water, hair dryer, safe (no extra charge). The rooms are cleaned as if every day, but if you're lucky, they also give you water in a bottle and a half. The food is more or less normal, seafood was almost every day, the only problem with the tables is if you came a little later than the restaurant opened, regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner, a clean table is a problem, as well as clean mugs, glasses, the staff is very slow, you need to constantly adjust it, after an hour and a half of course It's getting quieter in the restaurant. The queue for fried fish passes quickly, but for fried meat, in the morning for an omelet, to be honest, it takes a long time, but it is tolerable. Fruits, sweets, ice cream are all fine. The drinks at the hotel are good, in the evening there are three bars with alcoholic drinks and one coffee bar. Drinks are poured into any dish. There are also three bars open during the day + you can have lunch not in the main restaurant, but next to the ocean in the fresh air. The beach and the ocean are 5+, hot dogs, hamburgers are cooked on coals on the beach in the morning, the only problem with sun beds is if you need a sunbed, you need to occupy it at 7 a.m., putting towels on it or something else, at 7:30 there will be no free sun beds until the evening, why doesn't the hotel buy an extra 40-50 I don't know any sun beds, especially since the beach is a big place. There was no theft at the hotel. Towels for sun beds are given for a deposit of 16 cookies = 16 euros, you can change every day, the deposit is given at the end of the rest. I advise you to go on an excursion to Havana, but not from the hotel, but to assemble a company of 7-8 people and by minibus for 25-30 euros per person. Usually such minibuses pick up the cargo at the hotel in the checkpoint area, and there you need to negotiate. In general, I will say in conclusion that Cuba is certainly not the Dominican Republic (it is more interesting in the Dominican Republic), this applies only to hotels and service personnel (they are normal funny and kind guys, but I repeat very slow), but still it is worth visiting Cuba. The weather from the end of January to the beginning of February was super, on average +23 + 27 degrees, there was rain, but usually in the evening, and mostly at night. Have a nice stay, everyone.

Just a delight! 30 degrees, turquoise, transparent, practically without waves, not even in Zanzibar. The beach is a clean white sand. The ocean is just what you need for children! Shallow shore, perfect clean white sand. But the hotel is not for children. As in principle, the whole of Cuba. There are no medicines there either. The locals are ready to buy medicines for any money. We gave everything we brought so much.

You can't do it in a few words ... Let's start with the pros: a decent and well-groomed territory, evening animations, a beach and an ocean of 5+++, good rum and that's probably all. The cons covered all the pros, except again for the ocean (there is no merit of the hotel here). This is Cuba, and at least a little delicious food is missing here: rice with beans, boiled meat with bones, stewed chicken (tastier at home) and a number of other dishes, the appearance of which is initially repulsive. I had to stand in line (sometimes for 30 minutes) to eat what was cooked in front of you - pasta, fried meat / fish. 3 out of 4 plates, glasses, forks and knives are initially dirty, as the cleaning products are taken home by the staff and everything in the hotel is washed simply with hands and water. They can easily pick up cutlery from the floor and put it in a common pile, I have repeatedly observed this. Breakfast and dinner were held in a nightclub with black ceilings, no windows and poor ventilation, as the dining room is closed for repairs. In the very room where everyone was eating, it was quite stuffy and I saw how some people felt sick. It's very, very dirty, food can be lying underfoot and it will be removed in 20 minutes at best, I'm silent about the tables. I won't complain much about my room, because I gave the staff money to move us out of the room we were originally accommodated in. Some people talked about mold in the rooms. Since the washing powder is also taken away by the staff, then the bed linen and towels are probably washed simply with water, since everything is stained and you do not want to touch it. You will find out about the rest of the surprises if you still decide to visit this wonderful place, but I would not recommend it.
