this hotel is about two star hotel
They don't have any food after 9 o'clock
They don't have any room service after 9 o'clock
They're not helping anybody to take their luggage to the rooms
This hotel has no laundry and you have to wash your clothes with the washing machine in the hotel
Cleaning up the room is not bad

The hotel was really nice - a comfortable, light rooms, restaurant, sauna, hammam - the water in a pool was warm and pleasant, service very kind and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay there!

There is no control over the swimming pool and sanitary equipment, there are no towels and soap in the washrooms, there is no hair dryer
