First of all, I felt at home. I enjoyed it and was happy with everything on my last day while I was doing the checkout. I forgot one bag which had valuable items I bought from there… I checked out at 1 pm, then came back at 5 pm asking for my items, they said we had searched but found nothing, so I insisted on going up and looking inside the room, everything was clean and housekeeping. I went down to the reception again and describe the items I left. Plastic white bag which had items…etc then after a while, they told me we found it we would bring it in 15 minutes… I was shocked by how a big name in a hotel residence accept such behavior toward its customers. One of the items arrived in a different bag, which seemed someone had taken it back home or somewhere else, and then they returned it in a different bag. I am pretty sure my other items are with them, too. I’m very disappointed knowing that I give tips to most cleaners, and they still want to steal you!!!

Best hotel in town. Very helpful and friendly receiptionists. Clean rooms and amazing views. Thanks Vasilisa for being very helpful, We will difinitely come back again!

Hotel is very clane and good location and most important is ELENA the reception she was very helpful and nice.
