We stayed for 1 night in early December. With suitcases and a child, I had to go up to the 5th floor without an elevator. It is very, very cold in the room at -6 outside and disgusting beds - cheap mattresses and linen. Good design, large comfortable kitchen, friendly staff, excellent location (close to the old town and from the ferry).

We stayed overnight. You can walk to the old town, near the shopping center. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
