Great hotel! Located in the heart of the Ottoman Empire, most of the attractions are within walking distance. Near the port, tram, metro. You can get anywhere in Istanbul. The staff is amazing, they will always tell you and come to the rescue, our shower was leaking, but the administrator Timur fixed the leak with lightning speed. You can always ask for help with choosing walks and excursions! Rooms are cleaned on demand, everything is clean. The rooms are not large, but in general they are only needed for overnight stays! The rest was wonderful! Every morning for breakfast you go to the upper floor to the terrace, where you can already say "Good morning, Istanbul!" The only point is the breakfasts, the cheeses are all very salty, the assortment is too small in the form of hot dishes. Thank you so much for the rest! çok teşekkür ederim!

The hotel itself is three-star.
10 minutes walk to Sultanahmet Square. 2 minutes walk to the tram stop. And I had to use the tram often, since the sights of the city are located in different places and not nearby, besides Istanbul itself is one continuous descent and ascent. The location is great.
The room is small enough, but it's not critical for us. It was clean, but I didn't have enough lighting. In the bathroom, the main light bulb was off, only a small one.
There was no tea set, slippers, soap, shower gel, shampoo, or hair conditioner in the room. The minibar is paid. 2 bottles of water only upon check-in. There is a safe.
The room is tired, the faucets in the bathroom are barely breathing at all. Where the sink fell off) was attached, used carefully.
Cleaning is on demand, but we didn't ask for it. They left in the morning, and returned in the evening only to sleep.
Breakfast without frills. Standard set: vegetables, eggs, cheese, rolls, desserts. We had enough, we usually have breakfast at home. There was a coffee machine. And by the way, there was honey in the honeycomb.
I asked for a second blanket, and they brought it without any problems.
You could take an umbrella at the reception. They also asked to call a taxi to the airport so that the cost would be fixed. They also helped with this.
Overall a good hotel. I took off 1 star for bathroom faucets and an unlit lamp

In principle, a normal hotel if you are going to Istanbul for a couple of days.
There is everything you need and at a reasonable price. There are Russian-speaking staff, so there will be no problems with solving the issues. The most important advantage is the location. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance of all the main attractions, if necessary, and public transport stops are at hand.
The hotel itself, of course, has something that could be improved. But we must understand that then the price is likely to rise, so let everything stay there as it is.

The hotel has 6 floors, on the 6th floor there is a terrace where breakfast takes place, I thought the view would be better. I booked an economy without a window, it's better to pay extra and order with a window. The room is very small, it was very stuffy in it, so I always turned on the air conditioner. There was no kettle in the room, which is very bad. Regarding cleaning, it is not included in the price, you need to pay for it separately. This is one of the disadvantages. Pros: there are two Russian-speaking administrators Timur and the second administrator, the girl did not ask for the name. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosques, Gulhane Park and the tram stop. By tram you can get to the Galata Tower, the port of Eminenyu, as well as to the Aksaray metro. Havaist buses depart from Aksaray Metro Station to the new airport every 30 minutes) About breakfast: no porridge, boiled eggs, omelet, pancakes, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, olives, olives, thick yogurt, butter, jam, cornflakes, from
there was a large selection of sweets, there was even honey from honeycombs, tea bags, as well as Turkish brewed tea, lemonade, salads, two types of bread, there was even a vegetable stew, fruits:melon, orange, apples. You won't stay hungry. A normal hotel for 3 stars, so I put 5 stars. Staff
they are responsive, polite, and will help with any question. I recommend. I did not book excursions, because I know where and what is located)

But the overall impression is super positive.

The hotel is nice, very clean and cozy. The rooms are small, but for two, it's fine for 3-5 days. We had a room with a balcony. Water, unlimited tea, minibar for money. The breakfasts are good, except for coffee. It is located on a wonderful, quiet street, but a taxi does not always reach it, since it is pedestrian. But these are small things, there is a tram, metro, train station nearby. The sights are within walking distance. Cafes, of course, are very expensive, but we went for a walk and ate for a normal price.

The hotel is located in the historical part of the city. I went out, walked for two or three minutes: and here is Gulkhane Park, and next to it is the Sultan Topkapi Palace, a little more - and Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Square, and the Blue Mosque open. Nearby there are restaurants with Turkish cuisine, souvenir shops, a tram stop (who needs to go to the other shore of the Golden Horn Bay).
The staff is polite, attentive, there are Russian speakers. We had breakfast (buffet) on the sixth floor, overlooking the quarter. Everything is delicious and fresh. Besides coffee, coffee is weak. It's better to take tea, it's tart and invigorating.
The rooms are good, for the price. But be prepared for the evening noise outside the window (there is no complete sound insulation). However, the key to a good sleep is to walk well during the day. Then no noise is a hindrance.
In general, the main advantage is the convenient location. And there are no special disadvantages.

The friendly staff will meet you and help you carry your suitcase to your room, as well as clean it at your request, feed you a delicious breakfast (be sure to try a Russian salad - like olivier with pasta instead of potatoes). You can easily reach all the tourist places of Istanbul - Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Galt Tower, Egyptian and Grand Bazaars, etc. Of the disadvantages, it can probably be noted that communications passed through the room and the sound of drained water sometimes caused confusion.

A wonderful hotel. I booked a month before the trip, the prices for accommodation were cheaper than others in the same area. I didn't lose my choice. A cozy, clean room. For breakfast, omelets, boiled eggs, vegetables, herbs, cheeses, sausages, desserts, fruits (orange and apple) are provided as standard. We took an excursion from the hotel to the Princes' Islands. There was no excitement. Ships depart from the marina to the same islands for a lower price. The main attractions are within walking distance. We also walked to Istiklal Street. I will also recommend Yildiz Park. It is not popular among tourists, as it is far from the center. On the sixth day of my stay, I wanted a new location.

I stayed alone, I really like the area, near the metro and all the sights are accessible. The room is very clean and cozy. The breakfasts are the best, compared to where else I've been, a very large buffet. The staff is very nice and sociable, but there is no activity in the hotel itself. Since I'm alone, it was a little boring, maybe something can be done about it. And I would also like to sit outside the hotel in the evening to drink tea, but there is very little space in the lobby and on the street. Also add.I didn't see any products, I constantly went to the store.

Location: 5+, near, within walking distance, a park and a promenade with a fantastic view of the Bosphorus. A very cozy and picturesque tourist quarter with a million cafes and narrow cinema streets.
Staff: quite responsive, some speak Russian, but personally it was easier for me to communicate in English.
The room is tiny, but my wife and I had more than enough for a few nights in Istanbul. Actually, we only came to spend the night, the rest of the time on excursions. The room is clean and tidy.
Breakfast: a fly in the ointment for me personally. I used to eat enough in the morning from my stomach on such trips, so that I could calmly walk on excursions without thinking about food. It was difficult to overeat here: there was a fairly limited choice and some products were, as it were, on a spree. My wife reassured me by saying that the quality matches the price of the hotel. Maybe.
Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. I recommend

I liked everything, except for one thing. The hotel is in a very convenient location. A minute walk to the tram, 15 minutes to the metro. Many attractions are within walking distance. We walked calmly to Taksim. The rooms are small, but this is not surprising. Breakfast for 3 stars is not bad, there are omelets, cheeses, sweets, eggs, bread. But it is unlikely that you will be able to overeat. We were settled quickly, evicted too (check-out at 11 o'clock). We took a room with a balcony. It's very noisy in the evening, people are having fun in the restaurants downstairs. The sound insulation is poor. We used to fall asleep to the noise, so it wasn't a problem for us. But if you are not used to it, then take earplugs, because up to 23 hours at least music and voices. After that, we always slept, so we don't know what time the festivities end. Now let's move on to the main point. On the last evening at 22:30 we were about to go to bed, but suddenly we felt a strong smell of burning. There were already thoughts of a fire in the hotel. We look out into the street, and there the hotel staff lit two bonfires for some reason. They came down and said that there was nothing to breathe in the room (all the smoke was flying straight to our room). It turned out that these bonfires are generally made by the owner of the hotel.... We did not understand the essence of this action. But because of the smoke and the smell, you could easily get poisoned. I'm glad that we haven't fallen asleep yet and went outside.
