Just three years ago, this hotel could have been called one of the worst in the city. Today it is a great hotel with cozy rooms and excellent service. There are smoking rooms and ironing boards on each floor. However, there are shortcomings. The breakfasts are a bit meager and there is a smell of food in the lobby and on some floors.

Nice hotel, freshly renovated. The only thing is the very small beds in the standard room.
There is a dining room next door downstairs. Not to say it's cheap, but the choice is good. The restaurant on the 1st floor has very expensive beer.
Well, parking is often a problem, as many people come to eat in the dining room.

The map was demagnetized several times, the first time they went down only once, the second time they went down from the 10th floor to the 1st floor 3 times in a row 🫠🫠 the air conditioner in one room did not work, in the other it flowed, as a result, the entire cabinet was in water. There is only one iron for the whole hotel. If you want to wash something, do not expect that your laundry will be accepted, it will be taken away, but in the end it will not be washed.

I stayed for one night, looked at the reviews, which is one of the best hotels in the city. The price is above average.
I took a semi-Deluxe room.
Of the advantages: the interior, everything is very cool, minimalistic and cozy, the whole set for morning care is available, if you forgot something of your own, you will not be lost. A large and comfortable bed, you are 100% guaranteed to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
And now the cons, of course I did not expect this because of how much I paid for the room.
Fast internet connection is included in the room rate.
Cons: there is no choice in the bathroom, what the client wants, a bath or a shower, the door from the shower cabin is shaking and does not close tightly, the flood is 100% guaranteed, took a shower, get ready for the sea in the entire restroom. There is no forced extraction. The toilet is shaking. The repair is done well and looks very decent, but a more attentive approach to the details is required. According to the room - the room was designed for two, there was no drinking water in the guest room, there was no tea set.
Breakfast, fruits and vegetables are treasured.
In general, it is good, but when visiting such a room, all the listed disadvantages are unacceptable.

2 stars only for cozy rooms. And then the crazy decision to hang a TV behind the wall from the bed opposite the sofa. After a hard day, I want to lie down and watch TV, but I can only sit. The service is disgusting. The room is cleaned every 2 days and then if you hang a sign. The cleaning consists in shooting the bed and changing the towel. The breakfasts are also disgusting and painfully modest. Coffee is generally available for a fee. And all this for a far from reasonable price. In Radisson, for the same price, just great accommodation and much more comfortable!

We made such repairs and everything seems to be fine. But the service component has not been worked out at all. For three days we struggled with the basic availability of the Internet. We found out later that the range of the modem affected the signal. Then for two more days they couldn't figure out how to deal with the shower cans. We installed such an expensive shower system and at the same time it just flows banally from all three sources. And they can't do anything about it. You have nowhere to put soap and shampoos in the shower stall. I would like to get the entire hotel administration to wash in this shower stall. Maybe then it will reach people that the hotel is not "antlers" in the interior, but a comfortable service for guests. What is now an integral part is an additional outlet for your phone to charge your gadgets. This will not work in your room, because you need to turn off the hotel equipment. Well, just everything for people. With breakfasts in general, everything is deplorable. There is no continental buffet. Well, if you look at the three proposed complex breakfasts, everything is sad too. And in such an institution you will be offered only freeze-dried Jacobs coffee. And the main thing is that only with a hard choice, either a glass of juice or a glass of water or a glass of tea or a glass of coffee. Why is that? Carl? If you take a French breakfast, then an omelet with only tomatoes and cheese. And tomatoes will not be removed from the omelet. It's not supposed to. And a croissant is a layered dough with hard chocolate, two or three days old, while sprinkled with definitely not fresh powdered sugar. If you order bread, it's a two-day bagged rye-wheat bread. Not cut right now, but from a bag from yesterday. And I've looked at all this and I'm just amazed. How much money and effort was spent on reconstruction, and so everything is ruined because of the illiterate management of the hotel. If I happen to come to the city on business again, I know exactly where not to stop in any case. It's a pity.
